DO NOT USE

I have only ordered 2 times from asos 1 time delivery went to a completly different address so I didnt get my parcel.

2nd time wrong size was sent and wrong return label which I used now i have a big battle trying ti get my money back and I cant get through to them DO NOT USE .

DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM SAMSUNG THEY ARE SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DIRECT FROM SAMSUNG . I RECIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX REPLACE OR REFUND THEY EVEN SAID I DID NOT CONTACT THEM WITHIN 72 HRS WHICH I DID AND EVEDIDENCE WAS PROVIDE THEY SAID I CONTACTED THEN WITH 73 HRS . I COULD NOT BELIVE MY EARS . A SECTION 75 CREDIT CARD CLAIM HAS NOW BEEN ISSUED . I HATE TO KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF A FAULT DEVELOPS AFTER A WEEK . IS A SCAM COMPANY . CHECK ALL OTHER REVIEWS

SCAMMERS

Once again despite making an official complaint due to the fact they won't refund me . The complaints team assured I will get refunded on that day .NO REFUND . DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY THEY HAVE LIED AND LIED AND LIED STATING THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED . IS CLEARLY A SCAM COMPANY STAY WELL AWAY .

Will not refund

Cancel my policy as no longer have to be was told would get a refund . Waited abd waited and waited call several times was given a different story each time. I was informed I would get a check . Then I was informed it gone to the account I used to pay HOW they did not had my bank details only card detail card expired a year ago policy was taken 2 years ago . It seems my refund will no be issued and I'm being told a pack of lies . Complaint has been issued

Colour does not match

Had scratch on side bumper. Bumper was sanded and respray but colour does not match the bumper appears darker . He did say he may not have the correct quantity of paint and i also mentioned at the end that the clear coat looks a bit bubbly which could be the reason why its darker he said is how its meant to be i did feel fobbed as a woman . would have been better if only actual scratch was worked on and blended in the colour with the rest of of the bumper but now I got part bumper that is darker than rest of car . Will request for this to be done again correctly for the colour to match exactly. Email has been sent waiting for reply .

Will not replace tv box

Tv does not work they refuse to replace box i spent 3 hours trying to sort this out i ask to speak to manager each time they transfered me they cut me off and no one would call me back . Staff are stupid and no comon sense they pretended they sent the box but tracking shows not received by sender . SCAM company will end contract today

Balkan trip

Charter flight from Gatwick delayed by 2 hrs there was no communication whatsoever as to why and was made to queue up and wait for 2 hrs very rude staff.
Trip to balkans was good due
to guide and coach driver . Too many things to see so was a bit rushed, needs to be amended less to visit or make the trip longer . Did not see the point of turning up a city and having a guide as this cut out our exploring time . We were taken to a jewelry shop a leather shop and
carpert shop very expensive, leather
jackets started at £ 1 k jewelry started from £600 to infinity and carperts 1 k up all lovely but out of most people's budget . Continental hotel last one by the airport was filthy blood staines on mattress toilet was filthy air-conditioning unit sounded like it was
going to explode and very dirty . Overall good trip due to guide and
people in our group .

Do not deliver

This is the first time I have used asos they said my package deliverd they put a picture of some random door pretending to deliver . There is a clearly a big scam going on with their delivery who i have never heard off tried to report to asos you just get a robot that keeps on saying item deliverd tried to contact courier impossible there is clearly some scam going on this is 100 quid down the drain DO NOT USE

It got from.bad to worse

It got from.bad to worse . Beware parcel that are expensive over £100 are often stolen by amazon staff a code is given to the customer the item either does not turn up or amazon staff steal the content and replace it with something else other parcels are just left in the street that are often stolen . I will not be using amazon again ill stick to jhon lewis or argos or ebay as.ebay use royal mail who are a trusted company

Return portal does not work

The return portal does not work despite several emails and messenger messages they refuse to reply my package arrived damaged and no way to return . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY . since they have gone online they have turned into scammers

Full refund was not issued despite me paying for postage as requested

I returned an item i paid for postage as requested and when they issued the refund they took another £ 4 for postage and they state i cancelled order as i changed my mind even though i have confirmation that i returned order as item was too big . I will not be using this company again is a scam with postage prices an official complaint has been made direct to the ceo as there is no number to call

7 day later item still not shipped

Very bad service paid extra for express deliver and after 7 days item still not shipped . Tried to speak to somone only a robot will speak to me i asked for a refund as i paid express delivery i was ignored . Scam company i will now open a duspute with paypal as goods have not been delivers DO NOT USE

WILL NOT REFUND BUT TOOK GOOD BACK

Very poor customer service they keep lying and saying my refund of over 500 has been issued i have now waiting over 2 weeks they refuse to aknowledge this . EMAIL WAS SENT TO CONFIRM REFUND ISSUED yet no refund scammers . Have to now open a dispute with my credit card company . They do not stick to their refund policy and refuse to refund. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER COMPANY . IM NOW OVER 500 OUT OF POCKET .

No refund after days of waiting

Returned products to shop over 10 days ago still no refund got an email to say refund had been processed when it hasnt . They wont reply to emails no kne to call and live chat is a fake computer . Luckily paid with credit card so will open a dispute with cc company wish i read reviews before as customer service is non existent and all i see in the shop is a lot of staff chatting all day customer service is awful
