I’ve had loads of cups, bottles etc from SHO and recommend them to everyone but today I’ve received a child’s lunchbox which I’d chosen to go with my 2 year old Grandson’s bottle (bought months ago) which is bright yellow and features dinosaurs. The lunchbox is a disappointment as the bulk of it is yellow with just a small strip of dinosaur prints across the top.

I spent ages checking reviews of all the more ethical toilet rolls and decided to try Bazoo.
I wish I hadn’t bothered. There may well be more sheets per roll but it’s thin and disintegrates easily. The sheets are smaller than my usual toilet rolls and I find I’m using more to make up for the size and lack of thickness so it’s a ‘no’ from me. I won’t be buying any more!

I have been with Octopus Energy for 4 years now and if I ever need clarification on my bill, they answer my query within hours.
As much as all energy prices are scarily high, I trust Octopus to keep prices as low as possible and give good service.

Needed a mattress topper for a surprise visitor at Christmas. I hardly dared hope it would come in time but having ordered it one afternoon it arrived the following day.

Meadowhall appear to have sold on their parent & child parking spaces and you now have to register every 6 months to park there free of charge.
It’s true that there are notices in the car park but they’re not big and when you’re struggling with twins and a pushchair, looking for signs on the walls is the last thing you do. I go to Meadowhall regularly every 3 or 4 months but I certainly won’t be going again in a hurry after getting a £100 fine today.

I bought an Anglepoise lamp - not cheap but I thought the offer of £20 off my first purchase was great. However there was nowhere on the form to put my discount code and they have not seen fit to answer my query. The lamp is good but I don’t care for the deceitful nature of the offer so I won’t be dealing with this company again.

After writing this review, BrandAlley have issued me a refund of £20 (the value of the discount code). For this I thank them, it’s just a pity that they did nothing until TrustPilot was involved.

I inadvertently signed up for repeat deliveries. When I realised that another order was imminent I contacted Purdy and Figg to ask them to cancel the delivery. They apologised for the misunderstanding and offered a 50% refund on the order if I accepted it or I could refuse the delivery and get my full payment back.
I consider this to be extremely good customer service and would certainly buy from them again when I actually need more.

I’ve been very happy with my delivery driver over the last few months. He’s very obliging.

The driver was efficient and friendly. The parcel was I damaged - what more can you ask?

The reviews for EstaBulo Barnsley were very poor and I was more than a little worried but apparently after having staffing problems early in the year, they brought in a new manager who turned everything round quickly and thoroughly.
The salad bar was fully stocked with delicious, fresh dishes which I enjoyed.
I’m not normally a big meat eater so didn’t have the steaks but the lamb and the gammon were absolutely delicious. The fries were hot, crisp and tasty and we were given loads.
It’s definitely my new favourite restaurant and I’ll be going back again (and again).

I think everyone struggles to find a good cat litter. None of them are perfect but I’ve been buying Vancat un scented range for quite a while now. It clumps well, keeps the smell down and doesn’t track too badly, although my cats have long hair which does tend to hold on to the crystals. My only regret is that it is quite expensive.

Delivery was quick and item was well packaged.
I’m very happy with my new kettle. I particularly like the fact that I can see what temperature the water is before I pour it.

Gavin was great (5 stars) but the issue of repeat bills which I do not owe is very annoying - please tell your computer that my bill is £0.00.

Sale price of the slippers was excellent. They are soft and warm - perfect!
