I object to paying a delivery charge when the item is to be picked up from the store. Probably will not order again for this reason.

I would prefer to give no stars but the option isn’t there.
As with other complainants, I have had my account closed because of the safeguarding section of HSBC having made a mistake.
I have complained and been told that it could take 8 weeks for the complaint to be dealt with. Meanwhile I have bills to pay and, of course, all the direct debits have been cancelled.
Yesterday I received a cheque for the balance of my account, made out in the name of the account which had been cancelled……where am I supposed to pay the cheque into.
It’s a joke, no actually, it’s a nightmare!
I have no idea where to go from here as it seems that HSBC hold all the cards and small businesses are of little interest to them. We have been in business for over 50 years and always with HSBC but no longer. I shall be changing banks asap.

Lovely syrups at an ok price. Delivered quickly and really well protected inside the box.

Giorgi seems to have my house on his regular route. He is always friendly, polite and efficient. The times given for delivery are always spot on too.

I love gilets. I have them in several different colours and find them useful for cooler days and comfortable to wear.
Most of the ones I have are from Regatta but I only buy them in the sales as I do feel they’re rather expensive at full price.

I absolutely love the coverless duvet I bought. It’s wonderful not to have to struggle to put a cover on as I have arthritis.
I bought the white one and it looks amazing. The inside feels like silk against the skin.
Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been with Octopus Energy for several years now and would recommend them. I have had no trouble at all and any questions or queries are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.

I love cotton traders t shirts. Lovely colours, wrinkle free and the sleeve length is perfect for an older person with less than perfect arms.
I have them in every colour.

I would not choose Hermes to deliver any parcels. I’ve stopped ordering from companies who do use them as the drivers don’t take any care where they leave parcels. Regardless of the weather, they leave them just pushed under my gate, on view from the road and where my dog can get them. There’s a bell on the gate but it seems to be too much trouble for them to ring it so sometimes the parcel has been there quite a while before I spot it. They’re not all bad, but the bad ones outweigh the good.

I have nothing positive to say about Hermes. Lately I’ve had one delivery not arrive for two full days although I’d been told they were on the van for delivery ‘today’. Then I had a delivery which was pushed under the gate in the pouring rain, the box was battered and the contents were wet through. Thirdly I had a parcel delivered - again left under the gate but these were foodstuffs and I have a dog who would have shredded them had she got there before me.
The drivers have no thought for the fact that these items are probably gifts (especially at this time of year) and they should be gifted in good condition not wet and battered.
I have spoken to the companies who supplied the goods and told them that I will not order from them again simply because of the fact that they use Hermes as their couriers.

This is my second Ninja product. This one is the larger dual and so far I’m finding it fits so well in my kitchen and with my cooking style. I was lucky to get it in the Black Friday sale so saved £50…..win win!

Driver efficient and pleasant. Parcel arrived when it was expected.

If you’re a cheese fan you’ll love these, they’re very rich and you don’t need many. Ideal for a low carb diet too and perfect sprinkled on salads or soups instead of croutons.

Only just joined RoC but I’m very happy with the service so far. I needed extra time to get my cats to try their new food so the next delivery was pushed back without a problem.

Five stars for service.
Unfortunately just as this order of Felix arrived I heard about cats becoming ill and even some dying so I won’t be feeding it to my cats and the local rescue centre doesn’t want it either 😳

Every cat owner I know buys umpteen different litters looking for the best and I think I finally found it.
There’s never going to be the perfect litter but Vancat is way out in front of the competition.
