Hi there,

In reference to the section of your review stated 'I would of went elsewhere', this would mean that you are purchasing, and the seller is selling, illegal registration plates.

We understand that more work is required that if you were buying a standard retail item like a t-shirt, but as Government guidelines states, this is a form of identification for your vehicle and must be purchased legally and without the risk of fraud.

We genuinely apologise for the delay with your order. This item was out of stock with the supplier, which we were unaware of at the time of purchase. As a result, this did take 6 weeks for delivery, which is far longer than anticipated. We now have daily measures in place to update our product availability, which we sinceresly hope will illiminate this issue in future.

I would like to advise that the radiator you have received is a universal radiator and can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. I can also advise that the horizontal radiator brackets are packed separately to prevent damage to the products.
