Unbelievably long delivery. 2 months for a door - 100% false advertising!!!

Dear Mr Rankin,
We genuinely apologise for the delay with your order. This item was out of stock with the supplier, which we were unaware of at the time of purchase. As a result, this did take 6 weeks for delivery, which is far longer than anticipated. We now have daily measures in place to update our product availability, which we sinceresly hope will illiminate this issue in future.
Your patience with the delay was much appreciated. And we do hope that, following the arrival of your door, you're happy with your purchase.
