I have tried other companies: Van Meuwen and Thompson and Morgan, but their plants always seem to arrive in very poor condition due to inadequate packaging and poor handling, You Garden's are far better, healthy, well grown plants, thank you.

I would have given a higher rating but am still corresponding with JTX to fix a problem with my treadmill.

I actually would give you no stars at all, nor will I be ordering from you again. I put in an order for £46.92 worth of meat on 30 May. The delivery date I wanted was July 8, but the order form kept reverting to 2 June, I changed the date twice but clearly it did not keep my request. I received no confirmation of my order so couldn't check the date.

Imagine my horror when I received notification of delivery on 1 June, when I was on holiday. I tried to contact you but your answerphone message told me to contact by e-mail. I did this, requesting that the order to be postponed but the e-mail could not be delivered. I then received 3 "unable to deliver" e-mails and my meat was delivered in my absence on 2 June.

A company which cannot be contacted by phone and whose e-mail address seems incorrect is not one I wish to deal with.

I thought the service I received from Premia was very good. My only problem would have been if you'd wanted to view the tyre as the garage, Lookers, were unwilling to store it for the 14 days you requested. As a pensioner, there is no way I could have manoeuvred the tyre to store it elsewhere.
