I had the misfortune of mistaking this abysmal company for the real DHL, I wish I had known what I know now. I would not touch them with a barge pole. I wanted to send a package from the UK to the USA, I presently have no idea where it is or if it will ever arrive. There is no way of tracking it and when you try to speak to anyone they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with, considering I worked in customer service this is really saying something. I would caution anyone having anything to do with this rotten company, absolutely shameful service.

Really nice seats pads and table runner, good quality and value for money and huge choice of colours. I would definitely recommend and use homescapes again. Items arrived very quickly. Great to buy British too.

I totally love my new shark hoover, I already have the cordless one which is great but this new heavy duty one is absolutely fantastic. I'm shocked and slightly disgusted how much pet hair and debris it picked up on what I thought was a clean carpet, the carpet actually looks like it's been washed. I love the fresh smell too after you've vacuumed so no need for shake n vac anymore. It's a fairly heavy machine but the results are amazing, a very impressive machine.

I absolutely love the tank top I ordered, beautifully made and stylish, can't wait to wear it, it fits absolutely perfectly. It arrived so quickly too, literally the next day in lovely tissue paper. Fantastic service and items, it's not the cheapest but amazing quality and quirky designs.

Really bad customer service from Fever. We visited the war of the worlds in London, purchased a photograph of our day and realised on the train home the photo was blurred and unusable. We provided the coupon number so all they had to do was reprint the photo but they cannot be bothered so we have no photo and they haven't even offered a refund. Instead they have given us a voucher to use for another event, well guess what we won't ever be booking again so totally pointless. No reflection on the staff at the venue, apart from the fool who printed the photo, they were very professional.

I was really impressed with travelex, I ordered a relatively small amount of currency as a gift and they were the only company to supply this amount. The money arrived very quickly and I'm really delighted with the whole service and would recommend travelex and certainly use them again.

Wonderful quality phone case, beautiful leather and stitching. Nice range of colours and love the inside slots to store cards. Really practical and stylish, well worth the money.

I ordered a few items and unfortunately one of them was damaged, I contacted customer service who promptly despatched a replacement which arrived the next day. Fantastic service and the chocolate is absolutely delicious. I would totally recommend and am already organising my next order.

We were really impressed with Cyprus Villa Retreats, their team is very quick to respond to any queries, before and during the stay. The villa was great, exactly as described and the best stocked villa I've stayed in, any issues we experienced were dealt with quickly and they have lovely team of maintenance people. The rep visited the day after arrival and gave great tips on the area. I would one hundred percent recommend them and will definitely book again. Best villa company I've used in Cyprus!

I love hmv, great for browsing and finding gems from the past. There's always lots of good deals and a brilliant selection of films. Orders always arrive quickly.

Loads of great Blu-ray titles to choose from and arrived really quickly

I ordered fuel on 8th to be delivered 22nd, during that time there was a very cold spell and my oil depleted very quickly so I added an extra amount to be delivered in January, I emailed customer service to see if both could be delivered to gather but had no response. The oil on 22nd Dec never arrived and despite calls and pleas with the staff to chase nothing happened. This was the company Watsons. I made dozens of calls which took ages to be answered to boilerjuice and ended up getting refund. Thankfully the second order came early, local fuels this time but I am disappointed to say the least with the situation. This Watson company should not be used, I spoke to them direct and they fobbed me off even though they could see my order, absolutely dreadful company and they are ruining your reputation too. The old saying you get what you pay for applies here and it may be worth extra in future for peace of mind. The refund was actioned very quickly though I will say.
