I ordered fuel on 8th to be delivered 22nd, during that time there was a very cold spell and my oil depleted very quickly so I added an extra amount to be delivered in January, I emailed customer service to see if both could be delivered to gather but had no response. The oil on 22nd Dec never arrived and despite calls and pleas with the staff to chase nothing happened. This was the company Watsons. I made dozens of calls which took ages to be answered to boilerjuice and ended up getting refund. Thankfully the second order came early, local fuels this time but I am disappointed to say the least with the situation. This Watson company should not be used, I spoke to them direct and they fobbed me off even though they could see my order, absolutely dreadful company and they are ruining your reputation too. The old saying you get what you pay for applies here and it may be worth extra in future for peace of mind. The refund was actioned very quickly though I will say.
