Nice to see a small company providing good service and a niche product. They had to replace some panels damaged during delivery. The panels are perfect for my need.

I had a mixed experience of Heat and Plumb. I ordered 3 items. 1 item was perfect. 1 was the incorrect item and 1 was damaged during delivery (twice). The incorrect item was replaced. Unfortunately it took 3 goes to get the towel rail delivered in perfect condition. This meant numerous emails to Yash in the support dept who sorted the issues. Eventually I ended up with all the items required for my bathroom renovation. Good job I didn't book a plumber!

Wide range of hinges. Helpful details and installation diagrams on website. Next day delivery was early morning which was great.

The premises are having construction work done, so the site is untidy. Zero parking spaces when I arrived. No valet on site, so I was given a voucher for the car wash and valet locally.

Bad experience. I ordered three products. All listed as "in stock". Two items were delivered, with one to follow from their supplier. 1 month on and it has still not arrived from their supplier. One item arrived incomplete (obviously a returned item).
I requested a replacement for the incomplete item but received a refund in error. I had to send evidence that the returned item had been delivered to them. I had to send evidence of the postage paid (it was on the postage label!) for a refund.
Why list items "in stock" when they are not? The Returns dept. don't seem to be checking items returned. The "Goods/mail inward" process is not robust. Their response to emails is very slow. They never answered the phone. They don't seem to have enough staff to answer the emails or telephone.
I have removed Winstanleys Bikes from my favourites.

Delivered on the expected day. BUT tracking useless. They sent an email only a few hours beforehand saying today is the delivery day and the driver would ring with an expected delivery time. He actually rang to say he was "30 seconds away"!
