Considering it was a busy Christmas shopping day the lady that served me was helpful, relaxed and not trying to hurry you along to make a decision, which was gratefully appreciated. Great range of products and really liking the membership discount scheme as it will certainly bring me back!

Although everything went through smoothly etc. the gift message did not appear on the recipients email, so i had to sort something at my side, other wise it just said To... from.... and no message, yet the message was their on the order confirmation.
