Sehr guter Kundenservice und die Informationen über die jeweiligen Uhren werden klar und mit Fachwissen kommuniziert. Eine kleine Reparatur kurz nach dem Kauf der Uhr war kostenlos und schnell. Ich würde zrhbrg weiter empfehlen.

I recently had the pleasure of taking the guided tour of Zurichberg, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. The personal approach of the courteous and friendly tour guides was exceptional, and it made the experience much more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that everyone on the tour was comfortable and well-informed throughout the day. The authentic guided tour of Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse was a real highlight of the tour. We were able to explore this famous street and learn about its history and importance to the city of Zurich. The close-to-human tram ride was also a unique experience that added to the authenticity of the tour. However, the real highlight of the tour was the visit to Flaviano's watch studio. It gave us an incredible insight into the heart of a watch and the stunning display of craftsmanship and design by the collection of the Zurichberg team. It was truly inspiring to see such dedication to the art of watchmaking. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zurich. The personal approach of the tour guides, the authentic guided tour of Bahnhofstrasse, the close-to-human tram ride, and the visit to Flaviano's watch studio all made for an unforgettable experience. I can honestly say that I left the tour feeling much more knowledgeable about Zurich and its history, as well as feeling inspired by the incredible craftsmanship and dedication of the Zurichberg team.

Great buying experience overall
I had a very good contact with a member of the staff via the chat, who provided me quickly with the desired information. I asked the watch to be delivered for a certain date, and it was here on time. The very bad quality strap and a price sticker on the back of the watch that left a mark (gone after a few days) are the only minor negative points of my experience. Thank you!

Since your order was a purchase with delivery to Longines headquarters, we decided to send the watch exactly as we received it, as we wanted to send you the watch in its original condition. We probably should have discussed this with you before we sent you the watch. We were a bit pressed for time due to your request and wanted to meet the date you requested for receipt.
