We have used Zitauto for many years and rate their cars and service highly. The only criticism we would make is that on occasion the car we ordered is not the one that is delivered to us - perhaps a Renault Clio instead of a Renault Captur. It's no big deal but a little bit annoying as I like to drive a Captur. Apart from that, we like dealing with Zitauto.

Used ZIT for 10 years. Excellent cars . Extremely good pick up process. Available if a problem occurs. Very accessible drop off.
Price may seem higher on initial inspection but not when true cot adjusted........ and no surprises!! Plan to continue using

We have used Zitauto on several occasions when visiting the Algarve. While there are no fancy customer desks within the airport they are so easy to deal with when booking a car. The cars are always clean and good condition and there are no trumped up charges for miniscule damage when you return the vehicle.
I would never use anyone else when I go to Portugal.

Zitauto are an excellent car hire company, we have been using them for years, nothing is too much trouble for this company. They are also very flexible when you are in trouble, once one of our party ended up in hospital with a broken hip, which left us needing our car for longer and with an unknown return date, they facilitate this & did not over charge us in our time of crisis. The staff are the best too.

This is a great company. I set up my requirements by email, giving them all relevant information & all I have to do at Faro Airport is sign a form, pay the man & drive away. Staff are always good humoured & helpful. I've only ever used them in winter; the prices are good for long term hire. It's very important to be able to trust a car hire company, & Zitauto certainly tick that box.
