We've used Zitauto for over 20 years - always reliable

Have used Zitauto for over a decade now and they have been fantastic every single time.

Always friendly, always new, clean cars and most importantly, always a great price!

Never once had a problem with Zitauto. The bookings over the phone are always clear and straightforward and the staff at the airport are always a joy to see and work with. Pricing remains competitive and we've never had a problem when I've brought the car back (and when I did damage a tyre they were very fair about things). In normal times we use them at least six times a year and we will always turn to them first, hopefully for many years to come.

Have been dealing with Zitauto for many years and have never had any problems. Staff always very helpful and courteous - in particular late arrival into Faro on an extremely wet night still managed a smile. Well done all and keep up the good service.

It seems like a lifetime ago we last hired a car from Zitauto. The transaction was easy & there was no silliness about extra charges. Only two things marred our experience. Number one was that we collected the car at night & the compound had sodium floodlights. Our green car appeared white. No-one told us otherwise. Next day, we could not find our ‘white’ car where I thought I had left it. The other was the requirement to return the car with a full tank. Easy, you say. Wrong! Local petrol stations are seriously awkward about this sort of thing. You would think they had never heard of ‘fill er up’ because there is just no way to do this. You will find this out for yourself, the hard way when trying to get back to the airport.

My Daughter and I have used Zitauto for the past 9 years and have always received excellent courteous and very efficient service from all the members of staff. Over the years collecting and delivering back the car has varied, but always worked well. Last year (Covid) the car was delivered to us cleaned and sanitised. Cars are always clean tidy and problem free. Thank you Zitauto, we'll see you again this year.
