Used Zitauto car hire for many yearsand always been very satisfied not only with the quality of the vehicles but also the service offered and the way in which it is done. An excellent company.

We have used Zitauto for many years for our car hire needs on the Algarve. Their service is ecellent and competively priced. Others may appear cheaper but beware of extra charges when comparing them with the offer from Zitauto.
Their staff are always happy to help with any problems and changes you may need and even when flights get delayed and you arrive really late, they are still there for you.
Highly recommended for your car hire needs in Portugal.

We have been using Zitauto for many years and would not go back with any other. This company is quick to respond to enquiries and the cars are always reliable. There are no hidden fees or strings attached. Because they have our details, there is not lots of paperwork to complete and pickup and handover is so easy at the airport no matter what time of day or night. The staff are very pleasant helpful. Even during last summer when there were lots of restrictions we managed to get over twice and we felt very safe with them. Highly recommended!

We have hired from Zitauto over many years. Easy renting process and efficient service at airport. Vehicles clean and reliable. Have improved over the years. It has been useful for us to return the vehicle to the office in Almancil.

For the past six years, I have used Zitauto in Faro about twice a month (except July en August). What looks like a simple company (no large office at the airport, a small van is used as office) turns out to be an extremely reliable company with many excellent cars. And friendly employees. If you often rent a car, things sometimes can go wrong. Fuel strike, canceled return flight, minor damage, etc. Until now, all problems have been solved correctly. Zitauto thinks along with the customer and does not aim to knock money out of your pocket in an ordinary way. I hope that normal travel can be resumed soon so that I can rent a Zitauto again.

Zitauto, where can I start, I dont think I will ever find a rent a car company like this one. As what I know it is family based buisness so they do have a moral guide line and they are not like all of those sneaky and money sucker companies we see now a day. There price may seem more expensive at first but at the end of the day you will see that it is the real deal as there is no hidden fees or suprises you just pay what was agreed since the beginning. Have been tempted by the very low prices you will usually see on online brokers but recently I have had feedback by friends
that say that only when you get there to get the car you really see the total cost going up plus high credit card blocks. Would not swap Zitauto for any else. I trust them and I know my whole family and friends do the same. Hope that the owner and that all the staff can survive the Covid19 crisis and continue with the doors open. See you soon guys !

We have used Zitauto from Faro Airport now for a number of years and have always found them to be wonderful to deal with. The cars are always great too. No complaints! My only gripe now is the price this year for 2021. I feel it is quite expensive the quote we had and haven’t booked it which I feel is a shame. Maybe you should do a loyalty scheme?
