Der Ablauf ist sehr unproblematisch und das Angebot immer sehr gut. Er gehört unserer Meinung nach zu den Bestanbietern.

Al veel jaren op een rij met grote tevredenheid bij Zitauto gehuurd. Af en toe een free upgrade. Mooie jonge auto’s, correcte behandeling door verhuurder. Wij vragen meestal voor aflevering bij complex en dat wordt gedaan zonder extra kosten. De auto kan dan ook daar achtergelaten worden, sleutel bij receptie inleveren.

Been using Zit Auto for over 20 years and wouldn't use anybody else. Reliable, efficient, pricing is very reasonable. Made mistake of filling up petrol car with diesel, and they only charged me 20 euros, and provided an alternative vehicle within an hour.

Zitauto heeft ons al zeker de laatste 20 jaar ontzorgt met de verhuur van hun auto's. Altijd vrijwel nieuw, of weinig kilometer op de teller. Geen verborgen kosten bij afhalen, zoals niet noodzakelijke verzekeringen. Concurrerend tarief en de auto wordt voorgereden bij aankomst op Faro Airport. (na afhandeling van de formaliteiten natuurlijk) Echt een aanrader.

I have been using Zitauto for many years now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always have good quality vehicles in great condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring car hire in the Algarve. I have just confirmed my booking for this year at the end of August.

Have to say this was the best experience of hiring a car abroad. From booking the car online to picking the car up at Faro airport and then returning a week later, this was most stress-free, uncomplicated and with absolutely no pressure in taking out any extra insurance I have ever had. The two ladies at the airport were so friendly and helpful which made the whole process a dream. Zitauto will definitely be my go to and I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Zitauto, this is how car hire should be done.

Well what can i say...
I've been using Zitauto for nearly 20 years now, and use their vehicle numerous times every year.
We've hired Renault vans for weddings,and golf trips..Clio's, 3008's, Formentor's and of course the funky Fiat 500 Dolcevita.
We've introduced so many family and friends to Zitauto, and every time they've had a positive experience.
You guys always do a great job at competitive prices.

Straightforward and honest car rental, always quick and friendly with great cars and super location just outside arrivals. Have used zitauto for our last 3 trips and car rentals, each has been consistently quick both in summer and off season. Cars are great, rental process and drop back is easy and friendly. Never an issue with being overcharged or trying to add on additional charges like others. Highly recommend

Have used Zitauto for the last two years for 2-3 week rentals from faro. Not only do they have competitive rates, but the customer service is second to none. They do not charge for extra drivers. They are consistently friendly and helpful on the phone. They don’t have a physical office in the airport, but meet you in P2 which is 50 meters from the exit. No delays or nonsense with large credit card deposits or pushing extra insurance. We had a small accident (and had not paid excess insurance) - they were incredibly reasonable and reliable in the circumstances. The situation was handled with empathy and good humour. We also had a parking ticket which they helped us handle (thanks Ana!) I simply cannot recommend Zitauto enough. They are the BEST!
