Applied for a position that I really am overqualified for and they immediately dismissed my resume. Not a fair business!!

I’ve had an amazing experience working with my virtual assistant, Bianca, through Zirtual. She’s organized, proactive, and great to work with. She helps me take care of those time-consuming tasks that used to overwhelm my day. Bianca’s professionalism and attention to detail have allowed me to focus on higher priority projects. Zirtual made the entire setup process easy and efficient, and their support has been top-notch throughout. Zirtual, and my VA Charity, are simply a lifesaver as a small business owner! I get SO much more done with their support than I could ever think to accomplish on my own. Knowing that you have people who take as much pride in your business as you do is Everything.

My only regret with using Zirtual is not using it earlier. It's been so great and easy to work my admin Khalilah. She has a 100% follow-through rate with me and can grasp what I'm trying to communicate with her quickly. I've saved so much time, and I can't imagine not having their help anymore.

Her character, work ethic, and commitment to excellence make her an outstanding asset to any company. My only regret is that she is not working with us full-time because we love working with her so much.

Couldn’t even give me the common courtesy of a follow up after the initial interview. All they said was they weren’t going to go further with my information. I have a ton of experience, and I’m very successful at what I’ve done. This company is a joke. I feel like they’re discriminating.

Wow, didn't think they would ghost the rest of my hours that I paid for the rest of the month when I said I needed to cancel. Really not cool.

I've had my assistant for about a month now and she's amazing. Recently my workload doubled and I was really struggling to get organized and a system in place to streamline my client communication. My work is creative and I was finding I was working more on the admin than the art and that's no bueno in my field. At first I was just calling for info, but talking with Joe had me sold. I signed up immediately and even looking to increase my hours. If I could give Zirtual and my VA more stars I would.

I love this company. I couldn't survive without my virtual assistant Traci! She is always there when I need her and is confident, professional and a dream to work with. I couldn't ask for more!

We love our VA. She is responsive, follows instructions, and even suggests alternative plans of action. She's saved us a ton of time by making phone calls for us to make appointments with offices that are only open during limited business hours (i.e. doctors' offices).
