Patrick called me 10 minutes in advance of his arrival which is always very helpful. He arrived on time and completed my repair swiftly and efficiently and was polite and respectful during his visit.

Only interested in your automatic renewals but not speaking with the customers or providing any service whatsoever! They keep hiking annual premiums and just tell you it will be automatically renewed - have just received an email to say it's going up 20%! No phone number available to reach them from overseas, 3 emails sent to helpdesk (their only other way of contact apart from 0800 number) are ignored, despite auto-email advising they'd be in touch in 24 hours. Absolutely appalling! Would not recommend this company to anyone!
