I had my freezer door replaced and solved the water leakage after almost 4 weeks of waiting for the parts. It could have been a very good experience if only the parts came a little bit sooner. But still, thank you to Zest, it’s been repaired.

Concerns were quickly dealt with and in a most professional manner.

I will not be renewing my plan with them.
I have been without a working washing machine for 3 weeks. I am writing a formal complaint too.
I have had promised call backs within 48 hours twice but no call backs. I have had multiple service failures.
I took time out of my day to have an appointment for on the morning to be told the engineer is not going to attend. I explained a comprehensive explanation of the issues experienced with the washing machine including the drum is completely out of use and disjointed from the washing machine seal and loose. The engineer came and left within two minutes stated he would need to leave as he needs to order the drum. I am struggling to understand why this was not part of the necessary equipment to be adequately prepared to fulfil the job.

The customer service on the phone has had empty assurances and promises.

Ridiculous service providers.

I would like to give a shout out for Sadie, who was very helpful in sorting out a dishwasher replacement for us and explaining everything. Superb customer service - many thanks.

I was very pleased that the problem was not a big one and it was sorted quite quickly. The staff and the engineer were very friendly and Curtis.

The engineer arrived within the time specified, and identified the problem with my dishwasher. He was pleasant, polite and helpful throughout, and explained what had caused the failure of my machine to drain and how to avoid a similar issue in the future.

Bee understood my frustration at not being able to start my washing machine. She was professional and actually listened. I'm now waiting for an appointment with an enginner to come out. This was all made possible by Bee. Thank you.
