I received a quick call back as requested from Bee who was friendly and helpful. She explained what happens next and booked a repair for my dishwasher quickly. I would highly recommend Zest they consistently deliver great service.

Good experience. Faulty item was collected by a courier. Regular text updates throughout and repaired item returned after a fortnight.

I’ve been with Zest for a number of years and have claimed a few times without any issues. This time it was for our kitchen fridge/freezer as the door seal and the box freezer door catch broke. After reporting the issues and photos sent, an engineer came and looked at the issues, ordered the parts and came quickly to repair them.
We were kept in the loop throughout the process via text, emails and telephone calls.
I have zero complaints throughout and I recommend the firm to everyone I know.

Efficient as ever. Did have to question cist for new appliance delivery

The time from first reporting to conclusion (a new washer/dryer) took over 4 weeks. Engineer came, the returned a week later to find he’d been given the wrong part, which was obsolete anyway. Zest then took a week to verify the part was obsolete and offer replacements. The first set of replacements were for a freestanding machine when the machine is integrated. I paid the additional cost of delivery, installation and recycling to later be told the item was out of stock and they needed to find another alternative. They then asked for payment again. When I disputed this. Was told that the first payment had not been collected, but at no stage during the communication about the second machine, was I told this. We were without a washer dryer for nearly 5 weeks. When I suggested some form of reduction in the installation or delivery charge, to cover some of the inconvenience of 3 call-out days and numerous telephone calls, the suggestion was completely ignored.

A repair was arranged within a few days and Yanis had the problem fixed within a few min. Once again great service and communication was great too.

I was delighted that Jay in Zest Customer Services was able to negotiate a sizeable reduction in the cost of my monthly direct debit when I contacted him to complain that I considered the renewal quote to be excessive when considering that I had been a loyal customer for the past 6 years,A very successful outcome to my call and I am now happy for Zest to continue insuring my appliances.
