I requested for my vacume cleaner repair two times after 10 days wait they finally sent ne back after repair but still same no proper suction and cap of filer is also loose overall not happy with repair service

Absolutely fabulous service, luckily I have been insured with these guys and in the last 2 weeks have had to use them twice. My washing which has been continuously insured out of the blue broke down and an express repair was completed by zest team. And today I accidentally dropped my dryer water dispenser and Bee was absolutely fantastic she managed to understand what I needed dealt with my query and assisted with the part order. Thank you Bee, for an amazing customer experience.

If they can't fix it they replace it. Easy.

can not fault the zest team they had an engineer for my tumble dryer within days and the engineer fixed my tumble dryer

Visit simple to arrange. Was kept up to date about timing, The engineer arrived at the expected time, was pleasant and efficient, and quickly got my dishwasher working again like new.

Over 4 months with this ' so called agenct " not one gig applied for everything even interstate NOTHING. and when you try to cancel for months they ignore you. Very poor company....stay away!

my hob had a carbon monoxide leak last week , it was condemmed , so phoned today for an update of whats happening ,and was told a hob for cooking wasnt an priorty , explained iv disabled kids with eating disorders and need a working hob , very dismissive and was told need to wait another 24 hrs , not happy with the service at all .

Very quick & trouble free service when anything goes wrong but bit too pushy on the sales side wanting you to spend more money on the pretence of saving. Polite & well mannered though.
