I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Zest. From the communication and organisation of the repair appointment to the quality of the work carried out, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
I would especially like to commend Janis, the engineer who attended to repair my American Fridge Freezer. He was punctual, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem, explained what was wrong in a clear and understandable way, and carried out the repair with great care and attention to detail.
Janis clearly takes pride in his work and demonstrated excellent technical skills throughout the visit. He worked efficiently while making sure everything was properly checked before leaving. He was also respectful of my home and left the area clean and tidy.
It is refreshing to receive such a high standard of customer service. Janis is an excellent engineer and a real asset to Zest, and I would have no hesitation in recommending both Janis and Zest to anyone requiring a reliable and professional repair service.

Good comms and workmanship
The engineer turned up on time with previous communications keeping me updated on arrival. When he arrived his suspicions were correct regarding what was wrong and fixed it quickly and efficiently.
