The hot point engineer turned up on time and replaced what was needed but now I am having other problems with the same machine since they came and took it apart so where I have a washer dryer the dryer part is now showing an error code so I now have to get a second engineer out to fit that now

Personal touch, competitive pricing with a simple structure to join up. I would like to see more self service features to book or track repairs, but I appreciate the trade-off with company size.

Was easy from start to finish. My dishwasher wasn’t working properly a repair man was sent out to assess quickly. I needed a new dishwasher. An e-mail was received advising me of my choice and delivery was arranged promptly once I had made my choice. So far so good.👍

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Abdul. He was extremely kind, polite, professional, and helpful from start to finish.
He arrived on time, quickly understood the problem with my fridge, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He worked carefully and professionally, and I could tell he genuinely cared about doing a good job rather than simply rushing through the repair.
What impressed me most was how respectful and tidy he was. Once the work was completed, he made sure everything was left clean and in order before leaving. It’s always reassuring to have an engineer who treats your home with respect.

It took 2 goes to register the breakdown but once it was in the system things were good. The technician was early on both visits, the 1st to diagnose the problem & as he didn't have the required sensor in his van, the 2nd to fit it.
He was quick and efficient.
