SCAM!!!!

Like everyone else has said I have unknowingly

Scam

I purchased a shaver off this company around 3 months ago, to which may I add was awful, cheep quality and has not been used since purchasing. But, it has come to my attention that since that purchase, this company has ,without my knowing consent, signed me up for a membership. Each month, this company has been taking £22 out of my bank account, with no emails to make me aware of this transaction. After reading these reviews, I don't seem to be the first to have been caught out by this scam. Do not purchase from this company, not only are their products cheep tat, but they will continue to scrape money from you after without your knowledge.

Like others describe I have been unknowingly signed up to a monthly membership and had no awareness of this as it was not at all clear during the purchase process. I have now requested to cancel my membership. Seems like a very untoward way of obtaining money from people. Very disappointed!!

Why is money coming out of my account…

Why is money coming out of my account every month. I have jsut had £22.45 taken out of my account. I checked my bank have had £22.15 taken in Aug and July. and £15 in June. I request that these payments are cancelled and a full refund is given.

Taking money out of bank account …

Money has gone out of my bank and I have not ordered anything. Surely sites like this should be taken down if they are taking people's money without permission. I have emailed I just hope they refund and cancel the membership they set up.

I have had a nice e mail from customer services and they have apologised and sent a refund to my bank. Great customer service just a shame about the signing up part.

Misleading product and unauthorised

I purchased an electronic razor from Zertoo and was very disappointed. The product I received was cheaply made, did not work properly, and was nothing like the product advertised on their website.

To make matters worse, I was also charged for a membership subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. After reading other customers’ experiences, I went back to the checkout process to see if I had missed something — but there is absolutely no clear notification about joining a “VIP subscription.” This feels deceptive and dishonest.

I have requested a refund for both the product and the unauthorised subscription. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

FRAUD

Bought what looked to be a great razor online. What turned up was uselsss literally doesn’t remove any hair at all !!

Unauthorised payments taken

I ordered the peach please shaver after falling for the social media advertising. It is pretty much useless, a terrible product. However the bigger problem is that the company knowingly tricked me in to signing up to a monthly subscription. There was no mention of this when I ordered, and having read other reviews I am confident this is intentional. I have cancelled my ‘membership’ and requested a refund but who know if I’ll get it. Awful experience all round.

SCAM!! UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT TAKEN!!

A SCAM!!! UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT TAKEN!!! I bought a shaver from them and although the product arrived I was signed up to a subscription without my knowledge for what I’m paying a subscription for I don’t know! Now looking at my bank they have taken £44 very sneakily and there’s no way I can cancel! I am going to take further with the company as this is ridiculous!

If I don’t receive a refund, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the unauthorised charges.

Awful experience and I do wonder how much money they are going to try and take from me!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered a shaver based on their ad, but what arrived was a completely different, cheap-looking product. On top of that, I was shocked to see a subscription charge I never agreed to.There was no clear warning about recurring payments when I placed the order.
