Zero Waste Group Recensioni

I have used Zero Waste before but looked around for a few quotes. One company hoicked their online price by 50% then said 'we fix the price when we see the load' (no thanks, been caught like that before), and another one quoted an outrageous price then wanted to 'negotiate.' I gave up and asked ZW to deal with what was a small man with a van load - one of the selling points is that they quote inclusive of VAT and aren't unreasonably high if you don't have much to be removed.
I opted for the cheapest option of wait in all day. Apart from a slight glitch when I checked early in the day and found out I wasn't booked in (hence the 4 stars not 5) which ZW amended immediately to the next day, service was impeccable. Man driving the van was courteous and load (including some very manky carpet) was quickly removed.

Punctual courteous and efficient clearing. Price was kept within my quotation and I am satisfied with the service. It made a difficult task easy.

Quick efficient took everything and left the site clean and tidy all done at a reasonable cost. If I need such a service again they will be my first pot of call .would recommend no problem

This company is the best waste company I’ve ever worked dealt with in Bristol. They are very professional and time efficient. They cleared my waste like we agreed and even went further to get rid of other waste that had accumulated which wasn’t part of the initial agreement.

You came at very short notice, were helpful, courteous and very competent. I shall be using you again. Many thanks.

The guys turned up on time and were very quick

The men were very professional and friendly

Zero waste was just the company I was looking for. It made my house clearance so much easier and without feeling I let the environment down. They were fantastic at communicating and did what they said they would do. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

A very professional and friendly service ,easy to access information required and to make a booking .Also very fast service and operatives were very professional and helpful. All in all a first class service I would recommend this company to anyone needing assistance in clearing waste from their property.
Mr S Mc Grath

A absolutely fantastic service. My rubbish/waste clearance was huge, a long hike up hill to the collection vehicle, so therefore challenging to say the least. The team were amazing, all the waste taken, and the area left in good condition. I can't thank them enough. So Thank you all again.

Friendly service prompt and efficient. However I would have liked some of the furniture to have been taken to charities rather than broken up and recycled at the tip.

Very helpful, came at the time they said ,all cleared no mess .

Notified me as expected and arrived in good time. The job was done cheerfully , quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. I would most certainly recommend Zero Waste Group, and speak of them in glowing terms to my friends and acquiantances.

I have had other jobs done by this company, which was highly recommended by a family member.I have always been extremely happy with their service and that was very much the case this time. The job was to clear unwanted items prior to a house move and it was carried out, from start to finish,in a most pleasant,
highly efficient and cost effective wayCommunication is excellent and I am very much in tune with their ethos of recycling where possible but disposing of all items in a very safe way.Based on my own experiences I can highly recommend Zero Waste.

I was very impressed with the prompt, courteous, efficient and professional service I received.

Prompt, professional and cheerful if slightly expensive

Excellent costumer service the two gentleman who came where wery polite and friendly. The job was spotless. Thank you.

Ended up doing the job 3 days late 23/12/24. Didn't send an invoice till 2/01/25 then expected an immediate payment. The harassing emails, texts and calls in a day was awful. Terrible experience.
