Booked this and sent a picture so I could order the correct size. Was quoted the largest most expensive one which I booked. Was sub contracted to a smaller company who didn’t have the picture. He only took half and said he couldn’t take anymore. Called any junk and the service was appalling. Was told that our feedback would be taken on board but nothing more they could do due to the ‘small print’! Absolute scam having paid close to £500!!! Avoid

Since writing this review, someone from customer service contacted us and apologised. They also arranged another pick up to take the remaining waste. Therefore am changing my review. Thank you

The guys at anyjunk took the hassle out of clearing out the previous owners junk from my new flat. Absolutely brilliant.

The skip arrived at 7.30am as promised and waited 15 minutes for us to load and then it was taken away. I have used this company before and wouldn't go anywhere else as each time we have had satisfactory service.
Staff are pleasant and deliver the skip at the time they promised.

Awful experience. They sent 2 blokes in a van to collect our mattress. 1 of them couldn’t be bothered to get out of the van and left the other chap to lug the mattress on his own. The guy then dragged the mattress onto our front garden wall knocking part of it over. The guy did have the decency to knock and the door and tell us what happened. Customer services sent someone round a week later to take pictures of the damage. The lout they sent round basically told me that a mattress could never do that, basically calling me a liar and he actually ended up squaring up to me on my own doorstep asking me to get out of range of our ring doorbell in order to “have it out”. These are the kind of people they employ to do work for them. Just from dealing with customer services during the week we knew that this company were not going to admit any liability and we were proved right. Absolute chancers!

Booked a day off for this company to pick up was given a time slot from 7:30am -6pm we hadn't received a confirmation email so called to check up at 4pm to be told the van was conveniently broken down and asked if they could come on Monday instead. Would not book with again im sure they wouldnt have called us to inform us. Requested a refund and will try and find someone else asap as we had already got all items ready for pick up.

I had a bout 6 sheets of wood tiles and they would not take it considering the price I paid

The collection was hassle free. The removal men came on time and they were pleasant and polite.
I found the collection was expensive.

I'm sure I've reviewed this already. totally satisfied would recomment you. But I did suggest that if it is the first call you let people know the evening before.

Paddy Breen did very well to get the sofa out, because would not fit through the front door.

The team arrived on time and were quick to remove all my rubbish. Really great service.

Very easy to book a collection online. Phone call shortly before collection to say they were on their way and arrived within time slot given. Overall a very easy process.

The Guys were so lovely and helpful, when they came to pick up my old sofa. My door is very small , and it was a real challenge to get it out, but they idid.
They were are able to remove the arms which took sometime. I can not thank them enough!
The called to say they were coming and were fabulous!

Anyjunk are great, they collected my waste quickly, the team were polite and friendly, it only took minutes.

I was very pleased with the company, they provided me with the date for collection and also on the day they gave me photo of who was coming along with the van reg., the people that took the chairs away were vey efficient, I would use them again even though they were a bit expensive. Sandie

One man took my two seater settee away very expertly and with good humour. It was awkward to remove but he was very quick

The men who came to collect our rubbish were very pleasant and efficient.
