I visiteed the Zenith bank Ajiwe branch and they never seem to have other denomination apart from NGN200 and it has been incessant. The customer service is the poorest I have ever seen of any institution which claims to be a global player. The staff treat customers with the highest level of impunity without any form of regard. I wonder if they have customer service indicators that are realistic as I have asked for a customer complaint form and was not attended to

This bank is completely total mess, they are felt to fire their phase 2 general ile-ife staff. Imagine by 9:09 am in the morning their staff as not yet resume to work. This is a complete mess. I am also a serial entrepreneur and I understand how business is been run

I have a very sick family member in Nigeria. Last night he had to be transported to hospital by ambulance.
It was very expensive because of oxygen, IV and his home nurse. I sent what was needed but when they received the money the bank kept 135,000 naira for fees so they did not have enough money so I had to send another amount of money and it still was not enough because the bank kept 125 000 naira so on my third transfer they kept 90,000 naira but it was enough to pay the bill. They kept 350 000 in bank fees.
Not only that another time my family received 180,000 naira for food, bottled water and blood pressure medicine. They went to pay for everything but there was not enough money in their account because Zenith went in a took 150,000 for bank charges and international transfer fees.
This bank robs from these poor people. My family did not get enough food for the week because of this horrible bank. I would think twice if anyone reading this about putting your money with this bank.
This is the only bank in their area so they have to stay. I am trying to find another way to send them money I don't 💰 think there is but I will check it out.

My online transactions with Zenith bank are secure, thanks to the use OTP verification, the only challenge is the speed of transactions, it can be slow at times.

One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in my life … I am 2 weeks in Nigeria since I visited the bank and uptill now did not manage to open an account … every time I ask the guy about generating an account he says that there is a technical error ???!!!!!…… 2 weeks paralysed in a country that only deals with bank transfers in everyday activity ????….. cannot believe it is past 2 weeks now and still they cannot do it ????!!!!!….. A big mistake to approach them and very poor quality service really

Received phishing scam from them requesting to update my data to continue to use my Nickel account. I never opened any account in this bank.
Bank involved in email scamming
This bank is involved with criminal email scams. I received an email from them, provably from their IT systems as verified by DKIM cryptographic signature, which turned out to be a phishing scam. My attempts to notify them were met with total indifference. The most charitable interpretation is that this bank is dangerously incompetent, but until proven otherwise I recommend assuming that they are culpable.
Zenith is The Best in Ghana now
I’ve used many banks and admittedly zenith bank is the bank of all, no stupid deductions, good capitalization, great services … what impressed me the most is how easy you can transfer funds from you MoMo wallet and vice versa, you can even use zenith bank as your new MoMo app, it’s great, its efficient, it’s faster, no to even talk about repatriation, with zenith bank you can literally sit at home and do everything no need to visit the bank. If you ask me I think it’s the best in Ghana. I’m loving it .

Zenith bank is past glory! ( They used to be a good bank) any body that is currently using them is doing so at their own risk!
Someone tried to phish my company account weeks ago and they did not succeed because of my hardware token, I tired to get them to unlock the token many(4) times, they claimed they had done so but it never seemed to worked. Whenever I try live chat they just leave my messages on “seen” and the live agents do not respond. I have uninstalled their app and moved to other banks. This is unfortunate as Ive been using them since 2009 in my university days.

This is the worst bank to have ever existed! And they are big thieves! I got debited on the 7th of November, they didn’t send any debit receipt. It’s not showing in my transfer history. All I have are the screenshots from that day. I reached out to them, and they are saying there’s nothing like that. Big thieves. Coupled with the fact that their app is always misbehaving, I know how many times I’ve had to borrow money from outsiders because my zenith bank app isn’t opening. I regret ever opening an account with this useless bank. Somehow, strangely, they always win bank of the year when they are the worst!
Bad customer service
Waiting for over 2 hours just to see the customer service staff. Staff are sloppy and no manner. Not attending to customer according to queue. Staff left desk without telling customer what is happening next.

I transferred 80k October 2nd 2024 and my account was debited but the funds didn't get to the recipients. I have sent six email concerning this and nothing has been done since then. What a terrible customer service experience with Zenith. Acct # 2179962862
