The online buying process is incredibly…

The online buying process is incredibly seamless, with no issues whatsoever. The shipping is also spot on, very fast and efficient, and they provide tracking numbers from the moment the order is shipped. I’ve never had any problems with them at all. I love the brands, the selection, and definitely the service.

Dear Andrew,

We hope this finds you well.

Firstly, our security system flagged your order due to high risk.

1) You placed your order 419km away from where you wanted it delivered.
2) The card did not match the shipping or billing address.
3) You entered no CVV on the back of your card
4) This delivery address is a caravan site.
5) The card was in a different name from yours

This is why we reached out to you for more information about this order.

This is not a normal activity; we are selling high-value items, and they need to be taken care of.

Your order was cancelled and refunded within 48 hours.

Thank you
ZAP
