I was told about YunoJuno back in 2019. After applying I was accepted after a couple of weeks. Quite quickly I was placed in a gig that turned out to be quite different than the brief and unfortunately it did not work out. Over a few years I received a number of assignments, typically anything from one or two days to a few weeks here or there. I even received an ongoing assignment that was agreed for one day a month over a year or more. One criticism I would have of YunoJuno is that they offer a payroll service, similar to what you might expect from a recruitment agency, however, many of the briefs advertised seem to imply that the job is a set price. e.g. you are expected to deliver a range of deliverables within a given timescale, as opposed to being paid for your time. Another issue I found is that many of the jobs posted seem to get closed or deleted without any trace, After 3 years of not receiving any work, I decided to call it a day and requested they deleted my account which they did quite quickly without question. Used to be better. From what I can quite a few of the people who were there from the outset have moved on since it ws taken over by a private equity company based in Gibraltar.
