Team members are incredibly quick and helpful. If there are any issues, they're all over it. You can't account for the jobs posted on there - sometimes it's great, sometimes it's dry but the team behind the platform are fab :-)

Been using YunoJuno for a while now as a freelancer, and it's genuinely one of the better platforms out there. Contracts and payments are handled cleanly — no chasing, no confusion. The project flow is easy to follow, and the interface doesn't get in your way. Support has been responsive when I've needed it. Does what it promises, and does it well.

Great costumer service. The staff is super helpful and always help a lot. Sara gave me support with my doubts about the approving system besides being super polite and friendly. Helped me a lot.

It's a shame there's no automated (or human-operated) system to let contractor applicants know why their profile has not been approved. If I'd known on Day 1 there was an issue with my application, I could have fixed it and applied for a job I knew was listed. When I eventually gave in and contacted YunoJuno, both Mariah and Felix were super helpful, and I got things sorted. Too late for the job ad, though. A bit of a bumpy start.

I'm a freelance senior designer and it's always a smooth experience – with contracts, payments and any questions you might have, YunoJuno's crew is always super helpful and quick on the chat.

I've used YunoJuno for a couple of years now - great concept, well executed.
Recently I did have a problem (my 1st prob in 2+ years) - couldn't get my log in to book time - disaster.
However via web chat and direct help from Felix I was back up and running on about 10 minutes.

The platform is really user friendly and not cluttered like most job boards. I've given 4 stars because I would like to see more employers/clients use Yuno Juno more. It's not as active/busy as I would like.

Made it super easy to start contracting. There's always someone available to answer questions fairly quickly and the platform more or less does everything for you in terms of the admin of getting paid.
