Excellent onboarding support
I had a very positive experience with YunoJuno’s onboarding support.
Sara was excellent throughout: responsive, clear in her communication, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to help get my query resolved quickly and kept the process moving without unnecessary back and forth.

I had a small but important problem…
I had a small but important problem setting up my profile. I got in touch with customer services, expecting the usual two-day lag and to-ing and fro-ing via email to resolve my issues.
However, following my email the customer services team got back in touch with me really quickly, understood my issue and had me back up and running exceptionally quickly.
