Yumbles has successfully delivered to the Isle of Man for me before!!!!!!!!! This treat has missed Easter. What do you advise! I await correct delivery.

I have previously received a gift from this website, which brought it to my attention. There're some nice products, and I like the small business, home-made kind of aspect.
I was about to purchase myself, but I was put off by all the subscriptions and did not proceed.
I had my eye on an item that appeared to be X amount with free delivery. As you proceed through the checkout process though, you realise this isn't really the case.
First, in order to get the item at the price advertised, you have to sign up for a subscription with the seller - otherwise, it costs more. You can cancel this at any time, but not in the first two weeks. I think most people's gut instinct is surely to cancel straight away, and my view of these things is always that they hope you will forget, even if they say it's so you have time to consider the product. I don't really see why you would want to keep receiving this product anyway; you would surely soon get bored of it.
Then, in order to get free delivery, you have to sign up for another subscription with Yumbles themselves. This is billed annually, and it auto renews, and there are no reminders, they say (you have to read the fine print). Again, I always believe they hope you will forget. And again, I don't particularly see why you would need or want this sort of subscription. These are not necessities. They're treats or gifts.

The company and process were fine, the hot chocolate like a few others I struggled with. No matter what I tried I couldn't get rid of the grainy consistency especially towards the end of a mug. Taste wise its fine.

My Yumbles gluten free sour dough arrived again as promised. Before discovering Yumbles I hardly ever eat bread as most gluten free is barely edible.
Since discovering Yumbles I love bread again and hot buttered toast is just yummy. Thank you

Excellent quality cakes. Bought as a gift and they were very well received.

Things can always go wrong or mistakes can be made but for me it's the response that makes the difference. Yumbles were excellent in this and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Totally professional in actions and deeds. And the products are amazing. Thank you Yumbles.

This was to be a surprise a birthday gift and the date was specified, but it was delivered early and on a day when no one was home. Rather disappointing.

Ordered the small cake for Mothers day. Came in perfect condition. What a lovely little cake and came in a cute little box. I'm so pleased with it, was worth the money. Also I messed up with my dates and contacted the maker who replied very quick and sorted it out for me. A big thankyou for that, very much appreciated. My Mother in law loves the cake and I will definitely buy again.

Ordered a little mother's day cake as an extra surprise for my mum . She loved it , lovely sponge and icing, beautifully presented.

My Mom totally enjoyed the afternoon tea and the bunny poo chocolates. I definitely recommend them! It was just delivered far too early. It was received on the Wednesday before mother's day.

I ordered a smooth cashew spread and a hard, aromatic, sprinkly pack. Both are very good. Very moreish, I can't share!! In fact both just go with anything hot, cold cooking. Fresh rolls... Will be reordering. Clever times, that some can produce such good, healthy ideas for us.

Glad I stumbled on Yumbles. The box of chocolates which I wanted for a dinner party was well received and was told very delicious. The website was detailed and explained my purchase clearly. I am awaiting to give the Easter Egg to a family member at Easter but looks gorgeous. Both were packaged very well and arrived when said. Very pleased with my purchase.

All suppliers provided really good gluten free products

I ordered two boxes of brownies as gifts for friends and was really disappointed with the experience. The brownies arrived stale and were rock hard, which was especially frustrating given that I spent £45 — not a small amount for what should have been a high-quality product.

It was quite embarrassing as these were sent as gifts, and I expected them to be fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, they were not up to standard at all.

I also previously left a review on the website, but it doesn’t appear to have been published. Noticing that only 5-star reviews are visible raises concerns about how transparent and honest the review system is.

Overall, very disappointing experience — both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Ordered birthday treat and put in date 25th for it to be delivered and it was delivered on the 18th. Apparently they couldn't change it and neither could I. Response from Yumbles was not helpful. Hopefully birthday treat is o.k. Will NOT be ordering from them again. Think they were very unprofessional.

Everything was perfect, as it always is when I order from Yumbles. If you want the perfect foodie gift, this is place to look!!
