I love that the artisans that are on the Yumbles site, are so extraordinary with there offers whatever they be!

My last order was a gorgeous box of roses made of chocolate!!
That went to a family member recently out of hospital, her house was full of get well flowers…so thanks to the artisans that created these luscious chocolates, she could actually eat her Roses- she was delighted!!😍

The presentatiom box the cakes came in were great! Unfortunately the feedback i had on the taste and look of the cupcakes were not great. Once the paper had been removed from the top there wasnt much of a cupcake and was more crumbled bits of cake at the bottom. The taste also didnt represent the labelled flavour of double chocolate caramel, as the taste was reported mainly of vanilla. I completely understand the difficult task of making dairy and gluten free products i would just like to think the product wouldnt be advertised to see if the receipe wasnt perfected.

Easy to use website and great selection. The recipient who I purchased the cookies for said they are delicious, lovely decorated and a nice touch as able to add a personal note that was included in the package. Would highly recommend

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Yumbles.

I placed an order on 24th June, and the payment was taken from my bank account immediately. However, I received no order confirmation, no email updates and no communication whatsoever. After chasing the order myself and contacting the supplier directly, I discovered they had never received the order.

When I contacted Yumbles, I was simply told that the payment had been “uncaptured”, that there was no order, and that I would have to place it all over again using a different browser or device. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused, no urgency despite explaining I needed the gift by Thursday, and no offer to help resolve the situation.

In the end, I ordered directly from the supplier, who were absolutely brilliant. They were helpful, responsive and provided excellent customer service throughout.

Unfortunately, my experience with Yumbles left me feeling that customer service was lacking and that there was little ownership taken when something went wrong.

The website was easy to navigate and there was a lot of choice in the gluten free birthday cakes but I was disappointed with the vanilla sponge as it was dry and tasteless

You will not be disappointed with this chopping board just what I was looking for a lovely quality board that looks amazing, also excellent customer service I spoke to Sam who managed to get it to me in time for our anniversary.. great experience 😊

The pasty pastry was soggy not very nice . Dissapointed really .

Easy to review and order product. Most importantly Comte was excellent. I think (of those I have tried ) it is the best cheese in the world.

I ordered a Father’s Day letterbox gift unfortunately the day before delivery they had ran out of stock of one of the items in the box. They emailed me and asked if the replacement that they had to send out would be okay. I could not open the link to see what it was, but with further communication I found out for it to be a brownie letterbox Father’s Day special. Upon receipt of the goods my Dad was completely over the moon and said it was one of the best gifts he had received. The brownies were topped with Father’s Day icing logos and it was in a beautiful box. I would definitely buy from here again as the quality, choice and affordability of the products are great and there is something for everybody’s budget.

I absolutely loved the Yumbles pretzels! I ordered the sampler pack and wasn't disappointed. I reheated them as per instructions but in the air fryer and it worked perfectly. Only draw back was the extra large was too big for the tray so had to cut it in half. What a problem to have! I would highly recommend and will be ordering more in the near future.

Never used this site before but glad I did. I bought the handmade chocolates for my daughter for Pride month. Beautiful packaging and the chocolate was amazing. Very good price and arrived quickly. Will use again for sure

Quick efficient delivery .A nice, good quality selection of cheeses ,with two jars of chutneyin a box .

I have been ordering chocolate flakes to make hot chocolate for several months now. I tried other companies first and found them to be more expensive with a disappointing product. I’m very happy and will not be looking elsewhere.

I ordered a Cornish Father’s Day hamper and was told it was delivered into an outbuilding at the delivery address which it has not…My dad was there at the time they apparently delivered but then say it’s in an outbuilding….not impressed at all

Do not buy from this site. You order once, and they continue to take money from your bank, and nothing arrives.

Lets see if I can get my money back??
