Clean apartment, modern and in a fab location. Staff are responsive and friendly. Highly recommend

Flat in Liverpool shown with great views in reality on 4th floor overlooking car park. Keys had to be collected and returned to/from an address 15 mins away be taxi which is irritating.
Booked via Vrbo managed by perfect stay.
Location is good

Excellent location. Quiet but central. Lovely area with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants a short walk or tram ride from the city centre.
Spacious apartment.
Immaculate.
Superb kitchen facilities especially washing machine and tumble drier.
No hesitation to recommended the apartment or the host.

as i told you before, should be two keys if the gusts more than two persons and the door of the second room doesn't close

Be aware of this company. They take your deposits and don’t refund them back even though the apartment was left spotless. They leave you for weeks fogging you off, I’ve had a really bad experience more than once booking. Never again

The Service should be worked on. Hopefully my second stay will be a perfect stay

The apartment was amazing and we loved our stay. My hiccup was getting in touch with the agent to get us into the apartment. It was not clear where we were supposed to wait as we were kept waiting outside for an hour. After calling him he gave us no clear instructions.

I have paid more than £800 for two nights. When I arrived at the property it was totally Different than the advertisement.

The apartment kitchen was Dirty. Some waste has been left with some dirt on the dishwasher and the Dishes as well.

Also there was no water at all plus I have agreed with the host that I need a baby cot he did not provide it. Tried to contact the host many times after all the issues but never responded.

I checked out in the same day and went to a hotel nearby. I have contacted AIRBNB team an they were helpful and cancelled my booking. Thanks to them I appreciated

I absolutely loved this place! It was big, clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants, bars and stores all within walking distance. The views from the apartment were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Very bad they usually cancel at the last minutes if they get higher prices . Horrible company will never deal with them again

The location and the layout of the apartment was great. It was close to the city center. The rooms were also a very good size with a smart TV in the en-suite room.

I could have scored our stay 5 stars but didn’t for two reasons 1) Not all of the utensils required for the stay were available, we had to request for a cooking pot and the facility promptly provided one 2) One complimentary cleaning for a 30-day stay was just inadequate. There were no spare bedspreads to at least change the bedsheets. My experience in other apartments is once a week and I think this is what Yourperfectstay should emulate.

These apartments are the best in Birmingham, exceptionally clean, well presented and equipped. Lovely views and great location

Loved the apartment and especially its location. I felt very much at home. The perfect stay team was quickly responding to any query I had.

The team were amazing at settling us in. I arrived late in the evening and I was greated by the team. We were even allowed to have three car parking spaces in central Birmingham!!

The apartment was so close to all the city centre and we walked everywhere from the apartment.
