Great location and spotless apartment.

Will definitely return if we come back to Aberdeen in the future.

We have had a great experience with the letting agent for Mearns Street Lodge in Aberdeen. Great little apartment right in the centre of town, with use of the rooftop garden room and gym.

Amazing accommodation on a very quiet area of Aberdeen, perfect for exploring the city and beach area. Apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Will definately return.

4We stayed at this lovely two-bedroom apartment in Aberdeen for my son's graduation—four adults and a baby. The location was peaceful, with quiet surroundings, nice walking areas, and convenient parking right outside.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen had everything we needed for the food we brought in.

A couple of suggestions: a high chair would’ve been helpful for the baby, and mirrors in the bedrooms would add convenience.

Overall, a great stay—I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Where do I start! I contact Grampian letting after seeing their properties online and have been in contact with the very heplful Diana for over 2 months now, I have booked about 7-8 different properties with her over the last few months, We have had contractors working in the area so lots of last minute changes and additions and nothing was too much trouble for Diana,

There were no issues issues with any of the properties during the time we stayed with them, All were lovely and clean and set to a beautiful standard. It really has been a pleasure working with you, you made it so easy for me to arrange all the accommodation for my team whilst up in Aberdeen.
I will only use you guys from now on when booking accom in that area.

I stayed in Willowbank in Aberdeen. The flat was walking distance to City Centre and the train. The flat was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when back in Aberdeen.

Currently staying in the Clapham Wynd property in Arbroath and having a fantastic experience! Immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped. Conveniently located, homely property with ample parking. Perfect for families too, with a playground just round the corner! Would definitely recommend the Clapham Wynd property, as well as Grampian Lettings overall.

This is a beautiful property very clean and in a lovely area, the host couldn't have been more helpful, we have used Grampian lettings for a few of our stays in Aberdeen now for both 3 bed properties and 5 bed properties and never disappointed looking forward to our upcoming stay next week, thanks again for hosting us.

Fantastic property. A home from home. Well situated in Aberdeen with off street parking. Accommodation spacious and of to a high standard. Really comfortable beds, amazing kitchen/living room. Really impressed with our stay and have booked to come again
