Das ganze Unternehmen ist mit seiner freundlichen und unterstützenden Art und deren hohen Auszahlungen einfach nur Weltklasse was ich nur allen wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Ich bin, seid ca. August 2018 bei Yoummday, das beste was mir je passieren konnte

Ich bin nun seit mehreren Wochen, eher Monaten, bei Yoummday, aber es ist nach wie vor unverhältnismäßig schwer, überhaupt an Aufträge zu kommen. Für mich ist es deutlich effektiver, mich auf Teilzeitstellen außerhalb von Yoummday zu bewerben.
Auch das Feedback auf Bewerbungen ist ernüchternd: Fast immer erhalte ich wortgleich die Rückmeldung, man habe sich „für Talente entschieden, deren Profil besser zu den aktuellen Anforderungen passt“. Was genau an meinem Profil nicht passt, wurde nie aufgeklärt.

Nach zahlreichen Bewerbungen habe ich insgesamt zwei schlecht bezahlte Jobs ergattern können. Der zweite Auftrag scheiterte direkt zu Beginn, weil vorher nicht klar kommuniziert wurde, wie speziell die technischen Anforderungen sind: Mein Mac war zu neu, mein Windows-PC zu alt. Außerdem muss alles kabelgebunden sein: Internet, Headset, Maus. In 2025 muss man sich also erst mal mit veralteter Hardware eindecken, um überhaupt arbeiten zu können. Total absurd.

Ich habe rund 15 Stunden in Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und das ganze Drumherum investiert. Unbezahlt.

Der erste Auftrag war ähnlich enttäuschend: fast eine Woche Arbeit, ebenfalls ohne Bezahlung.

Unterm Strich kostet mich Yoummday einfach sehr viel Zeit, bringt mir aber weder Jobs noch Einnahmen. Für mich ist das kein tragbares Modell.

I've been with Yoummday for several years now in sales. The campaigns I've worked on have been interesting and actually engaging which is rare in a sales world of repetition. The bonuses are great and if you back yourself you can really improve your life in a working from home environment.

The onboarding process may seem a bit long at first, but once you start getting involved with projects, it's a great place to work, with flexible hours, on-time payments, and support channels.

Overall, a very good company.
You don’t just work on commission — there’s also an hourly rate, which is rare in this kind of business. Once you get the hang of things and build up your pipeline, you can earn decent money. Payments are almost always on time, and if there’s ever a delay, it’s usually due to a weekend or bank differences in your country — they pay reliably.

There’s a supportive community, and while you work independently, help is always available when needed. All in all, I would definitely recommend working here.
