They have great customer service. They were unsure about my mailing address, but after contacting me, I had my order in-hand less than 24 hours later. Great quality! Very happy with our new team singlets! Will order again.

Working with XPA was very easy going and excellent! From designing singlets to process of receiving them! Came out exactly how we wanted and great material! Will be using them everytime for all apparel moving forward! Thank you!

Over all not bad. The quality of the singlets is easily one of the best out there. Only issue we had was miscommunication on the time line. However they did an amazing job getting them to us SUPER FAST!!! (10 days). The design and colors are just as ordered. Over all we are very happy with them and thank them for their hard work.

Communication was great with everyone at Xtreme Pro Apparel as they worked thru any and all changes to get what I was looking for on my softball jerseys. Jerseys arrived quickly after final approval and I will use them again to design another jersey in the near future

The service was very excellent and the wrestling singlets for the girls and the boys was of very good quality and design

Overall a fair experience. Sizing does not seem to be true, asked for a sizing kit prior to ordering and got some push back (baseball jerseys). Also had an issue with pullovers we ordered that was never resolved. I followed up with the details they requested via e-mail and never heard back and just gave up.

Likely will not order from them again.

We have trusted Xtreme Pro with our uniforms for the last few years. They put out great designs and are very responsive to design changes. Our shirts turned out great again this year!

I’ll start on a high note: the results, colors and quality are fantastic. The process to get them, not so much.

We set out to create a team store for our Martial Arts competitors, since they have always requested personalized gear. Rightfully so, kids and families love showing their team spirit. I was fortunate enough to come across this company through Instagram.

My true and honest feedback: The designing process all together is not user friendly + needs LOTS of development and upgrades. My original intent was to design Custom Team Baseball Jerseys, Quarter Zips, Jackets and Tshirts. *remember this*

This is where the development needs to begin: There are no solid proofs, providing examples, catalogs, etc. unless you DIG per individual sport.
Initially you fill out a request form select an appointment, and describe text color, item colors, placement of text, etc..
ISSUE - I was not only ghosted to my consultation appointment- after it was confirmed. I would call the number, leave voicemails and would never get replies back. The company appears to only have one line. Unfortunately, messages barely get to the designers. To add to this, none of our initial online requests had been considered nor had I received the correct online samples.

COMPANY COMMUNICATES MAINLY THROUGH TEXT, however reading comprehension and follow-up and clarifying questions are seldomly asked. And after a 1 hour phone call with the designer, a week later, our proof came back as if our conversation never happened. The proof sent to me was NOTHING I had requested. Only an initial tshirt with NO LOGOS or pictures that I had sent in and provided. All that was sent to me was a simple tshirt design that could’ve been put together as a word document. * remember I had requested: Custom Team Baseball Jerseys, Quarter Zips, Jackets and Tshirts

Communication could use some development too: After this call, everything was via text from 3 different numbers and people at various times. It took them 2 weeks to switch the color of socks before removing it from our team store because they never told us there was a specific quantity we had to fill for it to stay up online. However, not every item requires a minimum to order (like Tshirts or Jackets or quarter zips)

Communication on deadlines is ideal when dealing with teams that have seasons. It is written at the top of the team store that processing and shipping could last an additional 5-7 weeks before its arrival. It took them 2 weeks to mention it would cost $55 to expedite my order.

I keep getting bombarded to review the company even though I’ve already reviewed on Google. I now ask to please stop being reached out to about ordering wresting gear or items my team doesn’t need.

We purchased jerseys from them and everything was awesome until we received the jerseys. Jerseys were awesome but they didn't have numbers on any of the jerseys. Called and asked whats up with no numbers and they noted that the jerseys must be custom numbered, and each order must be custom. This is something that they had initially stated they would take care of.

Long story short they offered a solution that they knew would not fit our schedule and we ended up going to another vendor for numbers. I've used their gear before and expected a much better experience especially from a local company. It a real shame because we intended on buying our whole club new jerseys in the coming year and recommending to our league that we use them for all apparel.

They were just a little low from the back on the girls singlet and one of the girls singlet ripped on the seam on the first wear. But after that amazing singlets and amazing designs.!

We are a brand new Wrestling Club in Ellenwood, GA. Just this year beginning from scratch. I knew I wanted a bold look for my wrestling team, but I also wanted them to feel good. Like Deion Sanders if you look great, you play great! Through many many searches, we found what we were looking for with you. The quality of the product, it’s feel color and fit! Customer Service went above and beyond, the professionalism and the “whenever availability” of the assistance giving goes far beyond what we expected. We are hooked! See you soon!

Represenative was very helpful. Always answered any and all questions quickly. The jerseys were the talk of the town.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
After my team had received our order I had contacted the company because of missing items on our order. We were missing 61 pairs of socks, missing one jersey with a duplicate of another, and were missing 3 pairs of shorts. While this was being reviewed a mistake that was made by their employee on our quote and invoice was discovered. The mistake was that the price ($995.00) of the shorts on the order was not included, nor added into the quoted total. When this was discovered after requesting our missing items, we were contacted asking to remit the issue. We answered that because we based our fees to our players on the quote given we could not pay the additional cost. The response from the company was that they would hold any corrections to the order and any shipment of future product until we paid the additional amount and offered a 10% discount on a future order which I found insulting. My organization is being held responsible for a mistake on their end. We were given a quote for an order, that amount was paid for that order and we did not receive all items in the order.
They claim to be a reliable, customer-first, family-owned business and that is anything but true.

Everyone liked the uniforms. We had problems with missing items and misspelled names. Getting these mistakes fixed was not an easy task but they were fixed. Will probably order more next year. Just have to order them earlier.

Between the communication and prompt service, our team was excited and loved their jerseys. Thank you Xtreme Pro Apparel for coming through again.

Poor quality product. Refusing to refund after multiple girls pants have either a broken zipper or a ripped seam in the butt after only 1 -4 wears. We haven't even begun our season yet and allready have to purchase new pants for all girls. Stay away will not refund quality and fabric is horrible . Some girls wore 1 time before they had issues and others only 4. We most definitely did NOT wear an entire season . Our season starts Tuesday the 28th of May!!! Poor poor quality !!!!!

From a fantastic experience with a great product the first time we used them to an absolutely terrible experience just 5 months later. The customer service was virtually nonexistent and the product we received wasn’t half as good as our first experience. Very attentive on the sales side, and on the follow up for photos etc. The design side and the customer service sides leave much to be desired.

I'm impressed with the level of customer service as they are very responsive and great at following up. The singlets art design was easily accomplished. I loved the fact that I was able to get a sample singlet prior to submitting the full order. I was pleased with the quality at such a great price. One of the big draws to the company is that they are in the US. I anticipate using XP again for future apparel orders.
