I guess after receiving a good review from me back in February, X/P decided they weren’t going to provide the free Amazon gift card I was promised and not honor any of the prices that were secured when I initially open an account.

I opened an account with them back in September 2025, and was serviced by Haidy. I was informed my quotes were locked in moving forward if I made a purchase. Since then, I made 2 purchases for which my last one I was over priced. I attempted to submit for an order on 6/9/26 and when I received my invoice, the cost was doubled. When I submitted the original quote docs verifying the prices I was quoted back in September, representative Devin that was handling my invoice said those quotes could no longer be honored because purchases were over 60 days old. I explained that wasn’t the initial offer I received via Haidy. There was no follow up to my last email. A few days later, I called to speak with a supervisor, providing my grievance via phone but still no response to my inquiry. And it’s been over a week now. So with that being said, do business with caution. They don’t honor their prices for long term customers.

Customer service was difficult this year but they were quick to reopen the store whem we needed additional orders. We did have problems with several orders that were not resolved and therefore have several unhappy families this year. While the quality is usually great, this year's gear seemed to fade very quickly and had lots of white spots on the black.

Very difficult to communicate with the correct people. Calling, texting, emailing all seemed to take forever. Because of this, our team order arrived after our state tournament. We paid for rush shipping and we were told we would receive them In time. Highly dissatisfied.

We’ve used XP for our team singlets before and had no real issue. They produce a good product. This last time we order just a few singlets for our state qualifiers. We needed a really fast turn around on these in just 10 days. I called Xp to see if they could get it done, I was told it was no problem they would just have to charge us a rush fee and even promised us them a day earlier than we needed them. We ordered a the singlets. I called the Monday before we were scheduled to receive them on Thursday to make sure we were still on track, with no response . I called gave my info to the receptionist, emailed, and texted on Tuesday morning and finally got a response late that afternoon that the singlets had been shipped and they would get back to me with a tracking number. I reached out again Wednesday for the tracking number no response. I reached out again Thursday morning looking for a tracking number and was told they would get it to me that day and that the singlets had been shipped. No singlets showed up Thursday. Friday morning I called looking for the tracking number no response. Around noon I called looking for an update and was again told they would get back to me with a tracking number. Now we’re leaving for the state tournament Friday late afternoon still no singlets still no tracking number now no response. We go to state and wear our regular singlets. I get back Monday and proceed to reach out to them everyday looking for an update with little to no response to them. I got parents mad at me at this point we took their money and have nothing to show for it. I finally got XP to fully refund us and they told us since the singlets were already made they would still deliver on them. The singlets finally showed up 3 weeks late. Great product, poor customer service. I’ll probably use them again because I do really like the product they produce but if you need something in a hurry I wouldn’t recommend them.

Great product. I got some helpful people after I got frustrated and started calling numbers till I got someone to answer. I would definitely order again.

Ordered some brand new Singlets for our Wrestling Team that was in dire need of new ones. Our kids had been using some that were maybe 15 years old. The ordering process was easy and the singlets came out amazing!

I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I order uniforms that were supposed to be black and came in a charcoal grey color instead. I even sent a photograph of our previous uniform and what they sent to show the mismatched color. They made me return all the uniforms only to turn around and tell me that the color was correct which it wasn’t and then wanted me to pay to ship them back to me. Get a human who knows something on the phone is nearly impossible. Every number you call gets you to a receptionist who can’t get into their ordering system and their email response time apparently is at their leisure. Needless to say I guess you get what you pay for as they boast affordable singlets at the price of poor customer service.

We love our new powerlifting singlets. Easy company to work with, and best prices around. Only downside was getting approval from purchasing. Our kids love the new design and our neighboring schools have all asked where we got them!

Quality material, Great design, Easy to work with, Price was hard to beat. The only negative is that the stitching came undone after one or two uses on many of our singlets. I will update after resolving the issue with them.

We received our order on time. Everything was there and correct. The materials are quality. Colors were bright and vibrant. Will order from them again.

This was our second year working with XPA. I was very disappointed this year. Their communication was way different and more difficult. Last year my jerseys and shorts matched perfect. This year the color was so off. Trying to deal with customer service was awful. I will no use them again after this experience.

Going through the process of ordering custom singlets was great. they were very fast with their responses. The art team was great to work with. They were willing to listen to any bit of feedback. Once singlets were ordered they arrived fast.
