Do not use this company!! They are a scam. We submitted an order for our club over a month ago, charged a very large amount and they have not delivered on the goods. Multiple times we have reached out by email to their customers and have not gotten an answer back except for a generic written by a robo wmail reply.

We take customer concerns very seriously and want to ensure any misunderstandings are cleared up. After reviewing your order, the team store closed on February 10, 2025, and we delivered all gear within 17 business days, well within our standard production timeline of 3-5 weeks (15-25 business days) for custom team orders. These delivery times were clearly stated on the team store at checkout:
"When Will My Order Be Done? 3-5 weeks after the closing of the store."
We did exactly what was requested and delivered on time. If you did not receive the correct information, we kindly ask that you speak with your coach, as they were responsible for communicating these details.

This was my first time ordering…
This was my first time ordering signlets for our team. They were very quick with the design. I approved it immediately. Sizes were very true to the size chart.The only thing that I didn't like was customer service is AI. I like to talk to someone when I call with a question.

We have recieved so many compliments on…
We have recieved so many compliments on my sons singlet. I had this made as a Christmas gift for him and it was a hit! The customer service was great and they were so easy to work with. From the time customization was complete, until it was delivered to our door, was only 3 weeks! I highly recommend XP apparel.

Customer designs were very close to what I had in mind. Fast turnaround and best price on the market. Newest singlets are great quality. We now have 5 singlets from XP for my highschool program.

Great Products
We worked with XPA for our team singlets for this season and all of the wrestlers love them. Great quality at a perfect price. In addition, they created a team store that our families loved. Service was awesome and we will definitely work with them again in the future.

Paid for a rush delivery and can’t get anyone to call me and advise on the status of my order!! It was supposed to be delivered in hand and here I am waiting on tracking information!! This is terrible customer service!!!
