Connor was great easy process no pressure

Connor was great and easy to deal with. Offered to pick me up from the airport and done everything I asked, and presented the car very well

Just been here and was looked after by John.. who has amazing customer service . We were looking for a first car for our 17yr old ... A couple of nice choices but not right for us today. John was brilliant though... gave really honest advice , useful tips and was really easy to talk to and made us feel really relaxed. Would definitely go back to see John again if more suitable cars came in for us . Thanks John.

Paid for the vehicle, asked them to park the car outside their gates so I can return my hired car and come back to pick this one up. When I came back tried to start the car and it wouldn’t start as the battery was completely dead.
Came from Cardiff Not knowing this area at all I walked around for an hour trying find a somebody to give a jump start or to buy jump leads and finally I did manage to find jump leads in lidls. Then it took me another 2 hour to get back to the car and then get someone to give me a jump start. Still then it would not start at this point we realised the car did not have any fuel at all. Thankfully this man and his daughter took me to a petrol station where I bought petrol can, fuel and charger for my phone which died hours ago. Finally we got the car started then set of for home and arrived at 1am. The set of the

The day after I purchased the car, the engine management light (EML) illuminated, prompting me to contact your garage immediately. I was advised to use a code reader to identify the fault, which I did. The code confirmed an issue with the NOX sensor, and I was instructed to bring the car back the following weekend for repair.

When I returned to your garage, the mechanic confirmed the sensor fault and quoted £1,000 for the repair. However, the sales manager refused to cover the cost, stating he would source a cheaper alternative. Since then, I have spent weeks chasing a resolution, only to be misled and given conflicting information.

During one call, I was informed that the sales manager, who had assured me the car was “perfectly fine to drive,” and told the matter would be investigated and that I would be updated. However, after an follow-up calls where I was informed the issue was being looked into, I have heard nothing further 4 months on.

Upon one phone call to your dealership, I was informed that the sales manager I had been dealing with, "Matt," had been dismissed. I was told that his conduct had been problematic, as he frequently made false promises and acted in a manner described as “dodgy.” This revelation has further undermined my confidence in the integrity of your dealership and the quality of service provided.

Bought a Audi Q7 around a month ago, noticed a noise from the power steering pump with no fluid in the reservoir (which was later down to a major leak, and I mean major… somehow passed MOT though with fluid all underneath the car and clearly visible), the company said “no problem, get it fixed and we will reimburse you” great, sounds good so far!

Around a week later, the vehicle develops an oil pressure fault, where I now can’t drive it and left without a car. I tried contacting multiple times with no response…. Contacted the finance company who start dealing with it… all of a sudden, I get a phone call, yup, get it sorted and we will reimburse you or we can fix it and provide you with a courtesy car. So yeah, couldn’t find anywhere that would look at it until mid January so asked for them to look at it in house…. No response yet again.

Finally get a mobile tech look at it, sort the oil pressure fault and power steering leak, invoice has been sent to them and now they’re not paying it, which I’ll now have to pay and chase them up for money…. Typical!

Tyres were bald on the inside (still somehow passed MOT) and tracking was heavily out, battery was knackered and struggling to start.

Unfortunately 1* is the lowest I can give….

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GARAGE!!!

Connor made the experience very easy and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He is an excellent salesman and could do with a huge pay rise.

Fast process, when I notice the car needed some cleaning due to spillage they was quick to clean up anything that needed required great service

Initially wrote a good review however I’ve only had my car for 8 weeks and it’s broke costing repairs over 3.5 grand
Emailed 4 times however no response disgusting service

Have to say a massive thank you to John. He was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my queries, he went above and beyond in getting the best possible deal for me with his boss. He was completely honest about everything which I needed him to be after a 600 mile round trip, resulting in me getting a great deal and a great car. Couldn’t be happier… merry Christmas John. Nice one mate.
