The instructors attitude and approach was not helpful. Visibly frustrated with our son's attempts to successfully implement instructions, poor end of lesson feedback which was generally negative and not constructive. For a 1 hour lesson not to move for 10 minutes is poor. Cannot recommend, will not rebook.

Easy to book, clear instructions on arrival. Friendly instructors.Gave feedback after the lesson.

The set up was good, the cars were all new models. Unfortunately, the instructor our daughter got, assumed that she would know how to change gears etc despite her never driving a car before, which the instructor was told on arrival. She also felt uncomfortable that the instructor scoffed at her on the majority of occasions that she made a mistake and made comments like ‘it’s a good job I was here or you would have crashed’ and ‘I’ve just told you’. All in all, my daughter didn’t really enjoy the experience and it has put her off driving. She was nervous to a do the experience in the first place and it took a lot of guts to get in the car. I just hope it doesn’t put her off having lessons in the future.

Poor instructor. It was my daughters first drive and the instructor didn't appreciate how anxious she'd be. She caused more anxiety. When I was asked by the company to review. There was no reply. Id imagine they only use positive feedback. Just be aware.

A lovely afternoon watching 2 grandsons have their 1st driving experience in a safe environment with friendly professionals

It was a great experience for my grandsons and they are hoping to come back for more.

We bought the experience as a birthday gift for our son, he had an amazing time, the instructor was so patient and professional and put him at ease and made the experience amazing, thank you and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gift.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quality instruction and very friendly reception. We keep returning for this young driver tuition because it's so good for my nearly teenager.

Really good way to get young people ready for driving in a safe environment prior to turning 17.

There was a real language barrier to the point my daughter didn't understand any of the lesson she was being taught, I would say this lesson did more harm than good and she has been quite put off from ever doing it again. For a £90 lesson, it is unacceptable.

My son has special needs and learning disabilities, he also doesn’t communicate verbally. The instructor he had was amazing and he made sure my son enjoyed his experience, feeling like he had a successful drive. The location was also perfect for him as it was quite spread out.

You cancelled the day I booked for my Grandson’s lesson & we thought it had been postponed for one week but you changed it from Sunday to Saturday so he missed it completely and was very disappointed

This was such a good experience for my 11 year old son, he had an hour lesson, and by the end he could reverse park! He also wanted to drive home after 🤣 we will look to book more of these over the coming years for him to gain confidence and learn the car and manoeuvres

Staff were really friendly and I didnt feel pressure. I felt calm. I wasnt yelled or told off, I was advised

Daughter loved her 2nd drive and will be back. Ardingly is a great place to do this as it has a road network that is easy to follow. Plenty of t junctions etc.

Fantastic driving experience for our daughter who had never been in the driving seat before. Highly recommend the hour session and to have the recording as something to keep. Wonderful instructor Raj. Our daughter learnt so much and built her confidence. She is asking to go again for another lesson!!! Think it is such a amazing opportunity and to have some knowledge before she gets to 17 and starts learning on the roads. Thank you.
