Great! Easy to find, well sign posted, very professional! My son had a great time! Really giving him the confidence he needs and less stress for me!

My grandson 16 first lesson was most enjoyable. The whole process was very easy from start to finish.
Also he received a small book for future lessons to keep a record.
The driving instructor was very personable, relaxed giving a first time experience very pleasurable.
I would highly recommend -

We like the Young Driver Experience so my boys can slowly and surely learn to drive carefully and cautiously but with confidence without getting overwhelmed. Will make learning to drive on public roads much more easier when 18.

I went to the south cerney venue; I had an hour session driving with Ali. It was an excellent experience; I was allowed to drive at my own pace and became comfortable behind the wheel. Must try if you want your children to develop skills behind the wheel! Five stars to both Ali and the experience as a whole.

Today was my 14 year old sons 12th lesson & all the staff were fantastic I would recommend this to any parent.

Nice instructior and venue. My 13 year old loved the experience and is asking when he can next go.

My daughter enjoyed the driving but we wanted a recording of the experience. When we got home we realised that they hadn’t recorded the driving experience as the device it was recorded on was empty. We were very disappointed

This is the second time I've used this company and I wouldn't use them again because every single time you book an event it gets cancelled however the event is still running but only cancelled for my daughter I would never use this company they were lucky to get one star because it wouldn't allow me to put zero stars never uses company I believe they're here just to try and take money off customers they don't answer the phone avoid discompany like the plague

I would like to reply to the response where you said that the was one instructor that was taken ill. That is incorrect. When I spoke to the gentleman who is actually providing the day he explained it was four people look off. He also advised me that the day was still carrying on With limited number of lessons.
When I then found and complained and spoke to a lady on Saturday afternoon, I said that it had been cancelled. She didn't turn ann and said, would you like to me to see if I can get you booked in today, which then begs the question why I couldn't have done the actual lesson when it was booked in.
I was also advised by the lady on the phone that you have a system in place that is designed to try and stop the same person being cancelled twice.However, I was cancelled twice and the lady on the phone said that shouldn't happen now.I'm going to do a subject request form.Request a copy of the calls.And then we've been speak again.

My son has now had 2 young driver lessons and he absolutely loves it. Both instructors were so friendly and gave great feedback.
Bluewater is relatively small so we are looking to try another centre but our overall experience of this company and the lessons is 5*
