I have bought several cars from here as has my family and we always return due to being well looked after. Aftersales service is always good too so thank you.

Lovely when you buy the car but had problem with the car and are not willing to actually fault find the problem. And now the car been to the garage twice and still not fix. My car wasn't even looked at. They have spoken to my pregnant partner disgustingly not only on the phone but in the store. To top it of want to charge us for a hire car when we have already paid for it through the hire company and threatened us with a letter !

I can honestly say one of the best car experiences I have had and I have had several from a range of dealers from £2000 to £50000 - reactive & polite. Purchased secind hand car for my son, nice welcome at the showroom, car was spot - would def buy again from here

Always super service at the retailer, never had any issues with service or sales. Sales are never pushy and always give time to make a decision. Service team are pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

Second car I have bought from them. First time was an excellent and honest experience.
Was happy to go back and buy a car, I paid the windscreen price and the £99 admin...
Unfortunately..
1/ The car stank of smoke when I picked it up, though it didnt on the test drive.
2/ We verbally agreed a full tank of petrol, it was on 3/4 when I collected the car.
3/ Shame I cant show you the keyfob they were happy to give me. Looks like it lost a fight with a Chihuahua. I was told it worked, so its not a problem
4/ Only found out on collection day it was an Enterprise Hire car.

Perhaps I should have walked away, but the kids were excited and I needed a car in a hurry, which to be honest still has a 20 month warrantee, was serviced under the Network Q thing, and otherwise is great to look at and drive. Salesman was non-pressurising and polite, (Though the usual rubbish about someone else being interested did come out and was ignored!)
Due to the above issues which I have corrected at the cost of about £100 (£25 new key fob off ebay, £25 air cleaning kit from AirVidox, fuel and airfreshener) I will probably think twice before going back, and I think you should too.

Recently bought a Renault kangoo van , salesman Martyn Coles was a delight to deal with through the whole process , van is very good value and they presented it very well and I left feeling reassured that they are confident in what they sold me . Definitely going back in future when my vans need updating.

Friendly staff and good quality service. After I was fleeced by another Vauxhall garage, I decided to try York Ward & Rowlatt. They were able to diagnose my car issues straight away, and even though it proved quite a costly repair, the problem was finally solved. There was a delay on the part so i was given a courtesy car which was a nice touch. I will be back again (but hopefully this time just for a regular MOT).

Brilliant company to work with. Richard and Phil are particularly eccentric and warrant the 5 star rating.

Good service when buying the car. Very poor, unhelpful customer service after purchase. Car sold with incorrect information being given, won't accept they told lies to get a sale, sold with worn out clutch....depsite having full Network Q check?? Suggested I forward complaint to Ombudsman....whom haven't replied in over 3 months either!

I have hire a combo life through mobility at york ward and rowlatt.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful and kind. They really a group of lovely people. Everything was perfect.
I would recommend them every time.
