Got through to Kelly in Customer Care at Yorkshire Water! As I was sent a Bill for £3,553-72 for quarterly water bill!
My usual average is £55 per quarter, as I’m on my own! There had been a leak repaired on YW side, which alter the meter. From receiving the bill, I monitored the readings, then spoke to Kelly. She researched and found the problem, responded very quickly, and kept in touch with me! New bill being processed now. 10 out of 10 🙏

Hi, I am now two weeks into sewage flooding my kitchen. Yorkshire Water came out immediately and accepted liability for its repair. Since then, I have heard nothing. I have called three times, each call taking over 30 minutes to get to speak to someone, and on each occasion, I have been told someone will call me back, and no one has.

To be clear, this is sewage flooding my kitchen. It is now so deep the floorboards are submerged, and soon it will require new kitchen units unless this is resolved immediately, but I cannot get to speak to anybody for any answers. The situation is getting worse by the day.

Yorkshire water rip off keep putting up the bills well let me tell you something now I refusing to pay it Yorkshire water is joke can't even ring back to discuss it at agree time just showing you they don't care less about they customers all they bothered about filling the ceo pockets simple fact Yorkshire water is joke and greedy people

On all matters of meter reading and possible leakage the company personnel have been excellent.

Yorkshire Water had repairs to do on our street and warned us in advance. After the repairs I had an issue with a pressure valve which was releasing water from my tank due to over pressure. I called Yorkshire water helpline and they were superb. I plumber was sent and everything was resolved quickly. Customer service is absolutely spot on. Just to mention the first call I made was a trainee who was better than other companies established customer care team. You would have never guessed it was a trainee. No nonsense problems resolved quickly. Appreciated thank you :)

How bad are water Yorkshire? In Walsden our water has been of for a couple of hours, Yorkshire water didn’t think it was impotent enough to warn us. They pay that woman too much money.
