I am writing this review to share my great experience with YES Energy Solutions. I was incredibly happy with the advisor Omar Rana who helped me. He was very polite, professional, and clear in explaining everything, which made the whole process much easier.I highly recommend their service and want to say a big thank you to the team!

It made my experience great , because I got a fantastic advisor who gave me all the information I needed very helpful and understanding , thanks once again ,,yes energy solutions.

I spoke with Bash who was really friendly, helpful and most importantly non judgemental. He offered me loads of helpful advice and answered any questions thoroughly, taking time to make sure I understood all my options. A credit to the company, thank you for such a positive interaction.

Today I had an amazing call with one of your advisers, Rebecca. She not only gave me invaluable advice, but she also spoke to me like a human being, which is so rare these days.

Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Bash. He helped me with my energy bills and also talked a lot about what I was entitled to. Can’t stress enough how much this has helped me very kind and understanding 10 out of 10 Man thank you very much.

The advisor had a friendly and caring manner. Very understanding and genuine. She explained information well and took time to make sure I understood what was being told. Very informative and a fast response email with all the helpful information.

I spoke to Bash who very informative and gave me lots of information needed to save energy he was very helpful and courtius and made everything understandable .

Bash was calm and knowledgeable which put mind at rest. Even though I've not yet accessed the services advised about I now know Im not as lost with it as before

The lady i spoke with was lovely, she listened and understood and gave great advice alongside emails with support networks. She made my grandfather feel relaxed which I am thankful for with him being 82 with a heart condition.

I had a call didn't think nothing of it as I get spam calls all the time was reluctant to give details however through the post they sent me a leaflet in how to save money and heat and be aware of things really helpful I got a key to bleed my radiators and silver magnet I think this to put behind my radiator some condensation bits also so big thanks
