Great instrument

Due to the bog standard delivery service provided by ups, I’ve been messed about for a week before I could get my hands on the package. If you can not provide a different delivery service I won’t bother ordering from you as my experience with ups has been dismal on a few occasions already. I own lots of Yamaha gear but the online buying experience is spoilt by the rubbish delivery “service” provided by ups.

Bought a 'beta'-grade stand for a new Yamaha P-145 (88 key) keyboard. Arrived quickly and was in very good condition--I expected one or two scratches but there were none. Probably a bit light for using on stage, but this is for a home studio.

The guitar itself sounds very good and is high quality, but it was delivered by UPS to the completely wrong house number and was not even checked to see if it was the person who ordered it.

Excellent advice on the phone to help me with my options for a beginners keyboard. I took the advice and amazingly was in possession of the keyboard within 2 days despite being cautioned it could have been a week. The instrument is perfect for my needs and arrived safely.
