I have a number of Yamaha guitars and they never fail to provide excellent guitars. This purchase was for a FG830: it arrived well packaged and, as expected, is a fantastic instrument.

Purchased an item online which was delivered quickly but there was an issue upon inspection. Raised my concerns using the online customer support service and it took almost a week to hear anything back from them despite ringing them on numerous occasions to try and resolve the issue. Terrible customer service and I certainly wouldn’t have expected that from Yamaha.

Pre ordered guitar, was informed day it was shipped out and received that same day by ups which was 15 days after order, no update previous to shipping, however when ordered it did say usually within 14 days and the item was currently out of stock. So happy with service as expected to wait and Very Happy with guitar.

We were looking for a digital piano for our daughter as a beginner. With patient and detail explanation from the staff Abi, we bought a CLP-825 that got a good balance between our budget expectation and performance requirement. After the purchase, Abi followed up our order status closely and had provided regular update on the expected delivery date. Our purchase came with a stool; Abigail and the team had opened up the stool box for inspection before delivery. Abi and the team had found some unexpected defect and decided to offer us an upgrade stool ( due to delay). The upgraded stool arrived in the next day.

The overall experience was very good, and we greatly appreciate Abi and the team for the strong sense of quality control and professional sale support.

my PA speaker was delivered to inside my recycle bin and a delivery note was not left - this could have resulted in it being thrown out had it been delivered on the wrong day - thankfully i checked my email and found it before I took the bins out for collection. The product itself is very good - the delivery was concerning.

Satisfied with arrangements with the Yamaha representatives. The keyboard is good except that the top octave is poor quality particularly in piano mode.

Lovely staff and very helpful. George initially helped me a couple of months ago, and was lovely, and I went back to them having finally decided on a Bb cornet purchase, but it was unavailable. However, Abigail was great and helped me get the exact one I wanted - calling me back with updates. She even went out of her way to give it a polish, too. Everyone was friendly and made my experience very positive. I would definitely recommend buying from there. Thank you!
