Really bad Courier, they make fake reports about delivery to costumers. The first attempt delivery on the Friday they put notes the receipien not on home, an the second attempt yesterday the said the Adress doesn’t exist/ false Adress, tell me what’s next?? U need write meteor fall from the sky and stop the delivery? No wonder a lot costumers give a lot of bad review. Yesterday i did nothing because costumers service tell me they will send my packets yesterday(then i got my second fake reports) until now i doesn’t have my package. Good to know, the costumers review from before was true.

Ich wohne immer noch an dieser Adresse und das Haus steht direkt an der Straße direkt mit meinem Namen auf dem Schild. Wie kann es sein, dass ich angeblich dort nicht wohne?

My son ordered a very heavy item.

We had been given tracking details and was told the item would be delivered on the Thursday.

No problem as he was in and would be able to take the item in and also get some friends together to help.

The courier never came and my son visited family over the weekend. The courier turned up Saturday with no updated tracking information and I was alone.

The guy dumped the item on my doorstep and left, by the time I had secured my dog he was getting in the van with no clue if anyone was even in! The item is worth just under £1000 and I don't live in the nicest of areas!!

I shouted to the courier 'How am I supposed to bring the item in?!' And he told me that he isn't allowed in the house? Fair enough but I have a garage around the back where he could have wheeled the item to and stored safely but he didnt even wait to talk to me and I heard him mimicking my voice 'Ohh how am I supposed to bring it in....' incredibly rude!!!

So I am now stuck with my front door open so I can sit with the parcel and waiting 40mins until I can get some assistance and I literally cannot move it.....

I understand the courier cant come in the house but here are my issues-

The parcel was delivered 2 days late.

There was no updated tracking information so I couldn't organise anyone to help.

I had emailed the courier company early this morning for an update- no response l.

I then WhatsApp'ed the company for an update- no response.

The delivery driver dumped the item on my doorstep and didnt check if I was in.

The delivery driver was not interested in having a conversation with me and was getting in his van.

The delivery driver took the mickey out of my plea's- upsetting and unprofessional.

Utterly gobsmacked to be honest, when did we all became such rude and unhelpful people!!

Fantastic delivery experience for a very heavy item! Tracking was seamless, it arrived right on schedule, and the driver was incredibly helpful. Thanks!

Told me they were delivering my parcel on Saturday, so I waited in the entire day and no-one turned up. Received a reply on Monday stating they only worked Monday to Friday and would let me know when it was out for delivery. Rang me 2 minutes before they turned up at my door expecting me to be in (shame I can't teleport!) and then refused to leave the item in my safe space even though they said that was an option. Came back a few days later, tracking showed them in Doncaster two hours away when they rang my door, fortunately I just happened to be home early that day.

One to avoid, service is awful and waste of time for any seller wanting to send large parcels. I cancelled a large order due to their incompetence.

They got my parcel to me when they said they would. They kept me informed. The parcel arrived undamaged. The delivery person was great. I wish I could've kept him.
Don't let their low score worry you. Generally, people only leave reviews when there has been an issue and they're angry - forgetting that 30 years ago, all you'd get is a shrug from the guy in the post office.

The worst courier company. No communication, nobody to speak to.
You agree with them to deliver in the afternoon and they come in the morning and then tell you that you weren’t home.
Each time you attempt a redelivery it takes
7-10 days!

The driver can't be bothered to get his backside out of the cab to find out if you are in then the customer service is well below what you would expect shoddy un helpful the managers hide behind wattsapp and can't be bothered to answer or call you even after multiple requests

After patiently waiting for the delivery of my item, I have been given a series of excuses which I am not particularly concerned about. What I do find unacceptable is that no effective action has been taken to resolve the delivery issue.

The delivery is now over a week late. The first excuse was that the driver did not want to deliver to my address due to a risk of van breakdown. The second excuse was that I had not provided a phone number. The third was that they claimed to have been at my door, but the photo provided does not match my door and appears to be a different building nearby.

I have spoken to customer service, but they have only offered apologies and have not taken any steps to resolve the situation.

I am finding this experience very frustrating and difficult, and I have now decided to raise a formal complaint. Unfortunately, this has not been the experience I expected.

I was hopeful at first when placing my order, received a tracking number pretty quickly within a day so I had high hopes and probably too high expectations. After several days of waiting for an update I was told it was out for delivery. Great, I thought. But no… despite tracking information provided and stating they were on a few stops before me, I could see they never even left London and starting making their way to my town about 2 hours away when I was told they were unable to deliver. Not a problem I thought… but I was again wrong. What continued was 2 weeks of “attempted deliveries” that “failed” twice. I was home all day with no van outside, no knocking on the door, no attempts whatsoever but they said I dint answer the door. They never even attempted, even though they said they did 3 separate times.

I tried calling, contacting customer services, anything to confirm or reschedule or get any further details but there was never any response.

In the end I ended up contacting the company that sold the treadmill instead and after almost 3 weeks I finally got the confirmation that the refund was being processed, and after another week I finally got the money back.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am shocked at the behaviour and lack of professionalism or trying to keep the customer informed. Unfortunately this has now tainted my view of the company I purchased the item from as well considering the appalling service from the delivery company.

Shocking. Said they attempted to deliver and noone was in. I was in all day and have cctv covering the entire property. Emailed them stating this but the company did not want to know. Waste of space. Avoid!!!!

The driver failed to deliver our parcel, said we weren't in although we waited in all day. He had not attempted delivery at our address. There had been no attempt to contact us either. Apparently, redelivery would take another 3 - 4 days. Totally unacceptable as the driver was at fault. I have had to cancel the order and fight for a refund from the company I ordered the item from as I cannot wait that long. Terrible service.

When I read the negative reviews for this company, my heart sank, but I needn't have worried. This was an overall excellent delivery of an electric scooter by driver Rizwan. Good communication from the company, giving a delivery window, then phone call from Rizwan half an hour before arrival. He then carried the scooter up the stairs for me. If I had any gripes, would be he was quite a lot earlier than the original delivery window, but given the phone call, very satisfied with the service.

Would not recommend.

Item was due to arrive by 5th Jan, tracking hasn’t changed since then.

Courier phoned to check we were in and then failed to deliver stating could not find address. Why not phone again when in area, website stated incomplete address, they had the the house name, street name, village name and postcode, we messaged driver with google location pin and offered to meet somewhere. Messaged customer services no reply, find out today that Xmas present is now being refunded. Completely useless courier company.

If I could give negative stars I really would absolute waste of time . Failed to deliver twice saying “ receipting not in “ was in both occasions cant get hold of them.
