So grateful for the service received today . Carl fixed the problem and serviced the boiler . Great job !

X-Gas van parked opposite the entrance to my property, preventing me from turning right onto the road. I telephoned them and they said they'd contact the driver and ask them to move; however, 15 minutes passed and they hadn't. There was no loading or unloading during this time. The silly thing is there's a FREE public car park literally about 20 yards from where they had parked.

25th September 2024, X-gas installed a new Worcester/ Bosch boiler in my bungalow in talwrn road, coedpoeth.
I cannot recommend this company enough! Arrived promptly as promised, spent ages putting sheets down everywhere, the 2 engineers were very polite, knowledgeable and just got on with the job in hand. Talked me through everything I needed to know about the new boiler, and absolutely no mess left anywhere! I’ll never consider anyone else to attend to my gas needs and strongly recommend them to anyone in the future! Thanks again x-gas

I have relied on XGas for many years. Every engineer has been extremely efficient and helpful. Making an appointment is simple and the time given is the time they arrive. This company is second to none.

We have no words to thank Stephanie and Carl enough for today. Absolutely amazing service and both went above and beyond to help us in our plumbing emergency. Our situation could have been rather a different outcome if Carl hadn’t attended to us as quickly as he did.

Your engineer knew exactly what to do, and did it effectively and efficiently. I think his name was Carl and he was chatty and easy to talk to. I will definitely ask Xmas again . You do our central heating anyway.
