Excellent company.Quick response and good in their service

The engineer was on time very considerate and explained what he was going to do. The booking of the engineer was very simple and straightforward.

Always helpful on the phone, email /text reminders of appointments and call 30 mins before visit. Polite staff and always sort the problems out. Very good service.

Apart from a mix up of the time of the appointment the service was excellent. Jake was helpful and efficient keeping me informed and making suitable replacement options for my current shower which is no longer easily operated for someone elderly and who has developed arthritis.

Ace Energy responded quickly to what could have become an emergency re. water supply and got an engineer to me 24 hours after my phone call. He identified terminal problem with water softener and removed it, rejoining pipework. Very efficient, clean, informative and friendly.

What can I say?! I am SO HAPPY I discovered Ace Energy. Having been truly let down by the company I originally trusted for my annual boiler service I felt a little anxious about having to find another company who could do my boiler service. I needn’t have been! On calling Ace Energy all my worries vanished in a heartbeat when Alistair answered the phone; he was so kind & understanding when I explained my situation & I was so amazed, relieved & beyond grateful he managed to schedule my boiler service within 24hrs! Today Jack arrived as scheduled and again I couldn’t have felt happier. He was so thorough, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and completed my annual boiler service with true expertise.
So I want to say a huge thank you to both Alistair and Jack & to Ace Energy for employing such wonderful human beings! Jack also told me about the other services Ace offer too which was fantastic.
Also - I really appreciated all the communication received so promptly throughout- from the time of booking the service, the email confirmations, the text messages & the tracker & the completion messages. All brilliant & so reassuring.

Fantastic electrician service from Ace Energy. This is our second booking and very impressed both times. Thorough, professional and tidy service, and electrician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also good pricing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Plumber confirmed when on his way for the appointment within timeframe originally booked. Was helpful explaining everything. Cleared up afterwards and advised on maintenance.

First class service. The engineer was very friendly and very professional. He explained to us a couple of issues we could have in the near future and was very helpful. Will definitely use again.

Engineer came to look at an electric shower that had stopped working. He spent 2 minutes in the apartment, and subsequently they quoted for a new shower. I asked them about the isolator switch which also seemed to have failed and they then quoted for a new switch in addition to the shower - with their engineer not having looked at that nor the fuse box.
A second company came to quote and correctly identified that the isolator switch had burned out - a simple replacement at 15% of the cost quoted by ACE Energy. The shower is now working again. I do not believe that ACE engineer has much experience.
