Very good got the job done quickly couldn’t ask for better service

A no hassle visit from the engineer!

I rang Xgas up on Monday 18th March 2024 to report the fault & request a home service repair. The earliest appt. available was Tuesday 26th March 2024, which I accepted. Xgas did say that if I had no hot water available they could treat this as an emergency & come sooner. I had an immersion heater for water & a gas fire in the lounge for heating.Xgas repaired the fault on 26th March & also serviced my boiler which was due for service in May 2024. As the time was 4-5pm the Xgas employee went the extra mile to fit the boiler service in saving me the callout payment in May 2024- fantastic customer service.

X Gas have a good reputation , they fitted my new boiler so many years ago . The young man who came out to us was very good , give us good advice as we want to use them again to fit a new shower

I first used Xgas to upgrade my local golf club heating system and after working closely with them on this large project knew that I need look no futher for our home boiler upgrade.
This was arranged and completed as planned in March 2023 and they have recently been to service it as arranged.
First class service and would highly recommend them.

The engineer (Dan) came on time and was pleasant, fitted the boiler within one day and when he left you couldn't tell he had been there, apart from the new boiler.

As always X Gas gave a first class service.

the two engineers were very informative and very tidy. They were effective and prospected our home with great care.
They explained how to use the appliance and demonstrated the fire to us.
We were very pleased with all aspects of the X-gas delivery, installation and service.

Your fitter Gavin went out of his way to ask if there was any problems whilst servicing our boiler? I told him the thermostat was not paired up to the boiler. He fixed it. Next some radiators were only luke warm. He fixed that also. Friendly, polite, prfessional and very helpful I would recommend him and Xgas. We have never had a better service. Thank you

Xgas have always been very helpful, and the engineers very knowable. New boiler installed a fantastic job done. Very very happy with the service.

Very professional company, have used them 4 times now. Had a new boiler installed by them at a very competitive price, a service one year later, and also had a new clock installed in my Mother's boiler and a leaky radiator fixed. Arrived on time each visit (well actually ahead of time given on some visits). Friendly staff, do a good job and I would definitely recommend them.
